4	Weekend check-in As much as I like the idea of these posts, they really don't mean much because I know no one really cares. Even if they say they do, it's easy to say anything online. 7	I need help getting motivation Same, it's seriously difficult a lot of the time. Personally, I've just been trying to set up small, fun things to look forward to like playing video games for a few hours or grabbing fast food after a late shift instead of cooking. Those help me focus on something positive through the day. If I get frustrated I think about how I get to do those fun things later and it helps give me a minor sense of purpose.
