There is always someone elseYep. I definitely entertained the idea. It was really solidified for me that I didn't want her anymore like 3 days ago. She did some shit that hurt the kids and made me sick, changed my whole perception of her. | /r/Divorce_Men | 11/07/24 12:05 AM
There is always someone elseJeezus. Sounds like we're both better off man. | /r/Divorce_Men | 11/07/24 12:00 AM
There is always someone elseSame here buddy, same. In 4 months my wife has moved on to 3 different someone elses. 4 if you count me when she thought she was gonna come back. | /r/Divorce_Men | 10/07/24 11:07 PM
Quitting my job like women leave their husbandsYep. 'Making my life better' is very different between the sexes, and it varies even further between the orientations. I'm in my own sticky situation but I'm choosing not to give in to the demons that come with that. It's not the easy option, but I'm committed and will stay as such until given evidence that will sway me otherwise. That's just me though, every person is different and even if the problem isn't unique, their approach to it will be unique to them. There is no "right way" to heal. | /r/Divorce_Men | 29/05/24 11:25 PM
Quitting my job like women leave their husbandsOh come now, there's always room for discussion! Not always intelligent discussion, or one with a valid conclusion, but there's always room for one. | /r/Divorce_Men | 29/05/24 11:09 PM
Quitting my job like women leave their husbandsNothing matters in the grand scheme. We're just carbon exuding carbon to keep the balance of life. I just don't want my existence to have no purpose, even if I have to make that purpose myself. | /r/Divorce_Men | 29/05/24 10:50 PM
Quitting my job like women leave their husbandsI always default to biology. Generally speaking, of course, women are looking for quality. Someone to have children with to carry their bloodline and improve the human race. At the very least, to sustain it. Men are not so picky. As long as we can see ourselves bedding them, everything else is secondary. It's a sad fact because we often find ourselves with someone we don't like, even if it's a few years down the road. Then the case most often is that pride takes over and rather than admitting we… | /r/Divorce_Men | 29/05/24 10:32 PM
Quitting my job like women leave their husbandsThat's actually pretty damn insightful. Sad, disappointing, but insightful nonetheless. | /r/Divorce_Men | 29/05/24 08:52 PM
Quitting my job like women leave their husbandsFocusing on the former alone is also very stupid. If you have no hope for yourself or your future, where's the drive to wake up tomorrow? What keeps you moving forward? It's not probability. It's possibility. Without that, there's no point. Both need to be taken into consideration, willfully and with intent, otherwise you're just breathing. Will you remember to eat breakfast tomorrow, if you usually forget to? Probably not, but it's possible you do. It's probable nobody is going to agree with me… | /r/Divorce_Men | 29/05/24 08:49 PM
| -4 | Quitting my job like women leave their husbandsWhat is the going rate on a lesbian divorce? Is it cheaper than a gay or a straight divorce? Think I might try one of those out next time, add a little variety to my resumé. | /r/Divorce_Men | 27/05/24 08:05 PM |
| -2 | Quitting my job like women leave their husbandsI completely understand all of that. Did it, been through it, currently going through it again. You gotta start where you can, with what you have, to get to where you want to be. Networking has done wonders for me as well. Fwiw, I'm happy for you man. Not every experience is going to be the same, not all of us had a decent chance at it the first time around. It is what it is though. Crying about it forever doesn't help anything, least of all the man going through it. I know guys that have remarr… | /r/Divorce_Men | 27/05/24 05:39 PM |
| -13 | Quitting my job like women leave their husbandsIt's sad, all these guys here that still don't see they were part of the problem too. I liked this, it's a different perspective but one that's easily relatable. If you love your job, you do what you can to keep it and advance in it. If you love your wife, you do what you can to keep her and evolve the marriage. It makes sense. Sure, sometimes you'll find yourself laid off just simply because the company went under, no fault to you. Likewise, sometimes the marriage ends because one party made ba… | /r/Divorce_Men | 27/05/24 05:10 PM |
Odd topic: Zodiac/MBTIWhat? My post was asking if you know your zodiacs or MBTI, nothing to do with cheating. I'm curious about the data for my own personal interests. On your topic, though, if you're installing spyware on your SO's devices, you have other issues you need to deal with for your own sake. If it's come to that point, then your relationship has been long dead, and honestly, you need to remove it because no matter what you find, it won't be admissible in court. The only way that works is if it's your devi… | /r/Divorce_Men | 15/05/24 03:51 PM
Odd topic: Zodiac/MBTINot necessarily if they're compatible, just curious if there's one or two that show up more than others. | /r/Divorce_Men | 15/05/24 03:41 PM
Odd topic: Zodiac/MBTIMost things look good on paper, not always the case in practice. My wife and I look like a total disaster in any respect, if you look at the fundamentals. Pisces/ISFJ and Taurus/INTJ could not be more opposite. We made things work for awhile but it's been (conservatively speaking) pretty rough as of late. D word has been used, though it's not final yet. Prepping for worst case scenario but still holding out hope. | /r/Divorce_Men | 12/05/24 05:07 AM
Odd topic: Zodiac/MBTIHmm, curious indeed. Thanks for your input, I'm hoping others will add to it. Not that any of those things really matter, each person is their own and makes their own choices, but I'd be interested to see the data. I should edit to include both parties signs/MBTI to see if there's any credibility to the "pairings" they assert as good or bad. EDIT: grammar | /r/Divorce_Men | 12/05/24 04:16 AM
Why do they get so angry and destructive when most of the time they’re the ones leaving?Only women understand women and they hate each other. Dude. So many things make sense now. | /r/Divorce_Men | 04/05/24 03:11 PM
