Yes, men are stronger than women......that’s why women compete against women and men compete openly. Technical skill can and is routinely trumped by strength so your equation of the 2 is just flawed llogic (the girl that I beat is much more technically savvy at grappling than I am). Lastly, handing out instructor and master ranks to children is part of what destroyed trad martial arts. I’m sorry you, or whoever you sit around complaining about women to, didn’t get the belt rank they thought they…

By your own logic, since me at 235lbs is going to be able to beat a 135lb man in combat, nobody fighting at 135lbs deserves to move up the ranks or should even train. “Pretending 135lb men can fight creates all sorts of problems” Never seen a 14 year old that deserves a black belt for the record (maturity or technical skill wise), so I can’t comment on that. I’ve also never seen a woman in my fight gym get given anything they didn’t earn rank wise. Your rant has never really been my experience

In all fairness to her BJJ doesn’t really do the “affirmative action” thing that more traditional martial arts have fallen into to increase their enrolments. There are requirements for belts and I haven’t seen evidence that women get their belts without meeting them, especially at that level. My point was not so much that she didn’t earn her belt or that she shouldn’t be proud to hold it. My point was that she forgot that there is gender separation and weight classes for a reason.

We only went a couple times but she literally tapped once from my putting her in a side control and just putting my weight on her to prevent her air intake. The other time she got me in a fancy arm bar from her back. Which would generally work against an opponent who couldn’t literally lift her entire body with that arm. I don’t see any point in responding to people’s bullshit generally. People know who I am, they know she couldn’t beat me, and confronting her would accomplish nothing beyond mak…

I train MMA and actually have a few amateur MMA fights and a pro record in K1 Kickboxing. I am predominantly a kick-boxer and my grappling SUCKS! We have a female BJJ brown belt who has a very high opinion of herself and prides herself on “tapping” men (I had seen her bullying new trainees and a lot of the other women). I’m not confrontational generally and she weighs maybe a bit above half what I do (my non fight weight is about 235lbs). She starts calling me out constantly to “roll” with her. …

One of the most insightful and actually useful posts I've read on here in long time. Didn't mention "being alpha" once, great job! I ESPECIALLY like tip 10 because its the thing that tends to get lost on so many younger guys but is such a lynchpin in social success Being a former personal trainer for over 15 years I can attest that many of these techniques are useful in a gym environment as well for making connections and just "breaking the ice".

The issue is not reading TRP subreddits or literature. The problem is that too many people forget the point! The point of TRP is to provide yourself with the knowledge to re-center your life around making YOURSELF better and more fulfilled. It isn’t about “scoring with chicks” or “being alpha”. It’s about learning some behavioural and evolutionary truths to help YOU navigate life and get what YOU want out of it. To allow you to realign your expectations and strategies to get better and happier i…

OP seems like a person who spends more time making sure he ticks the perceived right “TRP Boxes” than living. I don’t see why her request for exclusivity was out of line, and throwing valuable giving people away to make sure you are in line with perceived dogma seems stupid. As I write this I wonder if there isn’t a troll behind this post looking for anti TRP ammo. Situation seems a bit over the top to be true.

If this is real I feel bad for the dude. There really is only one option after this and it’s going to cause him serious stress, depression, and money. No matter what kind of reconciliation appears to happen it will be superficial. That genie, even for the most blue pulled, isn’t going back into the bottle. Best to sever it now before she generates a scenario where she can more plausibly play the victim.

All I read here is: “I sought validation from someone else, I got addicted to the validation and dependant, and it didn’t go the way I wanted. Now I’m going to get super angry and throw a tantrum” Your mistake was relying on a woman for your happiness and confidence. That is SO clear! Emotional experiences are all that matters to her, but no woman with any options is going to stick around for a man they feel is dependant. They need you to be the rock, the leader, the hero. You mentioned stoicism…

Anecdotal - Circumcised for 42 years. No health issues, no PTSD, no sexual discomfort, like sex, women keep coming back so.... Another non-issue for our way too bored society! And some of you comparing FGM to male circumcision need to do some homework. FGM is the equivilent of cutting your penis OFF!

Normally just watch, but had to chime in here. Power lifter, personal trainer, and former bodybuilder here. You need to set a goal and do what you need to do to achieve it. That may be cutting fat for some or building size for others. There isn't one formula for esthetics. I carry more fat because strength is my goal. Women like confidence, and that comes from being happy with your body, not chasing what you "think" women want.

It really seems like many men on here spend more time ticking boxes on the "red pill" checklist that actually enjoying their life. If I had to go through this mental gymnastics every time i took a woman out I wouldn't take women out. I simply don't care if people check me out, check her out, walk too close. I'm out for me, not them.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
