You can't do that: it's an illegal eviction. You can, however, give her proper notice to leave (I don't know what that is in TX) and then file for an eviction with the courts if she isn't out in the allotted amount of time. Even tho he's been ordered/told not to go back to the house he is still the owner and the landlord of MIL. Hopefully Wife will be good with this.

It's right there at the top: sexual exploitation. I believe (I don't feel like researching this) all states in the US have age-of-consent exceptions for people in authority (teachers, coaches, etc.) over HS students, regardless of the student's age at the time.
