Pretty much what the other guy said - women are recycling the same small percentage of guys who are having massive success. I used to talk to a guy who had at the time of being like 20-21 slept with around 70 women, two thirds, he said, from tinder. That's just one guy. Btw he was not a douche, he was a genuinely good guy and if I was a girl I'd probably bang him too lol. If you're interested in the statistics on tinder and how some men come out as huge winners while the vast majority struggle y…

For a perspective into fashion, cooking, different ways of socializing, female outlook on things, kids, support emotionally and all the rest. Also women behave differently which can just be so much fun in certain situations.

I agree about OLD sucking for most people, but other than that I feel like you haven't read my post for the most part... I do believe you that the lion’s share of sex offences committed by men who are more attractive but that doesn’t mean they are more depraved than the less attractive ones The likelihood that a man commits a sex offence is not a linear curve. If 100 men had sex with 100 women, you will have something like 5 out of 100 men committing sexual abuse. The number of male perpetrators…

Your eyes are blinded by anger. You didn't read my post and randomly started talking about the perpetrators gender. Try again.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/01/22 10:15 AM

If someone kills you, do you give a fuck if it's a male? If someone beats you to a bloody pulp, are you going to go "at least it was a male who hit me, he has the same genital as me yay"? It's retarded to think being a victim of a crime is better if the perpetrator is of the same gender. How does that make any sense whatsoever? OPs post has nothing to do with "which gender does more or less good things". That's irrelevant to the victim. The point OP is making is that men are victimized more than…

I worded myself poorly in my first post where I said it was bad to use something you were born with (I edited my post now). That wasn't what I meant. Let me try and clarify. Using something you are born with is fine, as long as it's appropriate. It's appropriate for me to use my height at basketball because that's a characteristic that is accepted as part of the game. Same goes for using my gifted intelligence at an interview - they are looking for intelligent people and so that's fine. When it …

Men AND women have destroyed online dating. It is the women's fault for encouraging this behavior through their actions, and it is the men's fault for letting themselves be encouraged. I'm calling you childish because you are literally infantilizing your own gender, painting yourselves as hapless victims who have no say or influence on the state of online dating Doesn’t matter if it’s a minority of men or a majority of men, it’s still MEN who are causing the problems. The minority of men who are…

Don't get me wrong, I do believe in being good to all. But being a nice guy is not going to get you laid, which is a huge factor in what drives guys' behavior. These tinder guys who get laid do that, but only with the girls they want to, not out of some general sense of goodwill. So you'll have a douchebag be a big sweetie with a girl he's interested in then trash the next girl for being ugly because there's no tangible benefit to being nice to her. He might even become abusive emotionally or ph…

if you are a complete retard then you will have a hard time on this forum, just saying. Furthermore if you think being purposefully dense is a successfully strategy for getting a point across, then you need to think again. Oh but I am not talking about YOU specifically, I am just talking generally. Not sure why you're being pissy. Me and the westerners who took advantage of you don't have anything in common.

Every assumption you've made about me as someone interested in Asia has been inaccurate. First you've spoken to me with the presumption that I would be specifically be going to Asia for the women when I clearly said it was part of the reason. So you presumed I would not genuinely like the country nor like my job and just be there for sex. Then you assumed for no reason whatsoever based on anything I wrote that I wanted to go to Asia because I found the women "passive". You've just gone through t…

This is so childish. No facts no logic just pure conjecture. Put simply, the nature of online dating promotes terrible behavior in a small minority of men (who have huge abundance and can say whatever they want without repercussions), which makes women hurt and jaded just like OP and you. Similarly, the nature of online dating discourages and disappoints men because not only do most guys get scraps of matches but the girls have no reason to put in effort so ghosting, one-word replies and flakine…

Your view of what successful men are is very likely to be skewed. The guys you are matching with are not average guys for the vast majority of the time, they're top 10% guys. 60% of female likes on tinder goes to the top 10% of guys so chances are very high that you are pretty much only interacting with the big winners on tinder who have far more opportunities than the average guy and can afford to burn bridges with girls.

Making gestures of goodwill that aren't going to be noticed by a women isn't going to get you laid. Less successful guys on tinder could make a thousand gestures of goodwill for women and these guys sending these texts would still be getting laid far more.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/22 09:37 PM

... would be nice if you actually talked to me rather than your projections of me
/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/22 09:18 PM

Which men? The top percentile men whose voices are heard tenfold over everyone else? The ones who would get laid? Feminism has very strong emotional appeal to women and perhaps you could blame western men for "letting" it go this far, but it's really not that simple.

You are conflating scenarios that are not the same. If you sexualize yourself at a modelling contest or at a dance festival those are totally fine. Similarly, if you are a tall athlete and you use that to become a successful basketball player that is also fine. What is not fine is when a woman uses her sex appeal at an interview or at office hours with the professor or otherwise sexualizes her to gain an advantage that is not "fair". You will lose respect. A good example of how that might be sne…

It is disgust and it is absolutely directed at incels. Intimacy and family are among the most primary aspects of people's lives. Careers are not nearly as important when your life reaches 40+ years. Being completely blocked off of those avenues in life is not trivial whatsoever. You can of course substitute intimacy in part with friends, but you're certainly not building a family without a partner.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/22 06:47 PM

That logic applies to anyone who meets anyone outside of common friends.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/22 06:42 PM

Have you actually travelled and settled in an Asian country or is this just speculation? People on this thread seem to have diametrically opposed views about this.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/22 05:23 PM

Bad presumption. If you go to Japan and say you're African American that will definitely work. Perhaps not as well as it would if you were caucasian, yes, but still good. There's some videos on this if you're curious.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/22 05:19 PM

This is highly questionable. You're likely to have an advantage if you're caucasian, yes, but you will still be more attractive in general.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/22 05:18 PM

I have to press doubt on this. Lived in Sweden my whole life and never seen this phenomenon. Im in my 20s though so maybe you're talking about 30-40+?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/22 05:05 PM

Western men have definitely not taught women feminism. It's pretty much only women who are feminist. Also, western guys aren't generally against immigration unless it's done stupidly.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/22 04:59 PM

It does take a lot of mental courage and determination. And money at least initially. But it's absolutely doable for most men who have their minds set.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/22 04:56 PM

Is that reality tv show? You would travel to their country, not them to you.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/22 04:55 PM

I feel like tons of western guys are not looking for serious relationships, especially those with options (which I assume are the guys you go for more often?). The demographic of this subreddit is probably gonna be a lot more traditionally minded dudes too.

Sexualizing yourself in order to gain an advantage is like a white man in colonial Africa using his skin color to elevate his position in politics. He would also get less respect than someone who worked their way up without that advantage. It's using something you were born with that others don't have (edit: in an inappropriate way) to get ahead. Unfortunately this sexualization can also happen involuntarily for example in heavily dominated male spaces and in disrespectful ways, but most is volu…

You said people hate a victim mentality generally, and that this is why incels invoke feelings of disgust. However, when women, individuals of certain races and incels blame others for their perceived victimhood status, only the incels are viewed with disgust. Ergo, the reason why incels invoke feelings of disgust among people is not their victim mentality alone.

Where does the statistic about casual sex specifically come from? Likes on Tinder for sure, that is pareto distributed. But casual sex is not necessarily distributed the same.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/22 04:03 PM

That's a valid point. I was focused on the prospect of moving to her country as that's what the title of this thread mentions. I don't agree that the main appeal for a foreign woman is necessarily the higher living standards though. Depends on the country. Western men don't exactly have a bad reputation for being unattractive otherwise.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/22 03:52 PM

Maybe it goes along with the missing social cues stuff but people in general hate a victim mentality People hate a victim mentality only when held by those they consider undeserving. Women who blame men for <insert list of complaints> are emphatically supported, often encouraged in their mentality. Individuals of a race that is deemed "marginalized" who blame others for <insert list of complaints> are also given a clap on the back. It's only when it is undeserving young men that suddenly victim …
/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/22 03:49 PM

Not really. People's perception of me is in many ways independent of what I do. My sex, ethnicity, age and background will do far more in my first impression than anything I say or do. So if people in South Korea for example are highly averse to western men then that is something to be taken into consideration. And since I don't know if they are, I am asking someone who allegedly lives there. It's the same thing if you are from Saudi Arabia and you go to the US.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/22 03:38 PM

ironic given that the feminists are demanding more middle eastern men be allowed into the country Irrationality and Swedish politics go hand in hand.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/22 03:33 PM

If you’re moving specifically for the women yes you’re going to be seen as weird. What do you mean specifically? I won't be going around telling people part of the reason is I find the women/culture attractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/22 03:28 PM

Women from traditional settings don't value physical attraction that highly in men because they are focused mainly on the long-term, where other things are more important. On the contrary, men value physical attraction for the long-term as well as short-term. This is why men don't care about grooming, fashion, etc. as much as women, because it just hasn't been valued as highly traditionally/historically. Now that the short-term has become so much more important, though, you are noticing men don'…

/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/22 10:28 AM

Haha are you thinking about the claims that non-western women are into americans? Isn't that accurate though? I'm not even in a non-western country and where I'm from Americans are considered cooler compared to most other countries.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/22 10:27 AM

I've been thinking about moving to an Asian country for a while now. I would be dishonest if I didn't say it was in part because of the women - my ex was Chinese and the loveliest girl I ever met. Would you say guys who move from western countries to for example South Korea are considered weird? I'm a normal guy and wouldn't be creeping on people or making lots of social errors.

When it comes to incels, it's remarkable how people completely drop empathy in favor of disgust. The only other group of people where that is the natural response that I can think of is pedofiles. Not even murderers get the same kind of instinctual response.

And there are no men whose instinct is to stay faithful to their girlfriends, nor any men whose instincts drive them away from multiple girlfriends. And not sure what you're talking about with serial monogamy tbh. It's quite simply having multiple partners but successively. Of course it has to do with monogamy as it restrict you to monogamy but with specific partners at specific times. I don't think you can state scientifically that polygamy, monogamy or a mix thereof (serial monogamy) is more or less natural than the others. I'm not an evolutionary biologist though so I could be wrong.

You underestimate the strengths of monogamy. If you compare two societies of 100 people, one employing polygamy with 50% of the men without wives versus one employing monogamy with no one left behind, the one practicing monogamy is going to outcompete the polygamous any day of the week. So there's a natural inclination towards monogamous men on a lineage level (if I am monogamous and I have monogamous children then my children will outcompete other tribes who are polygamous), while there's a nat…

People who are high in neuroticism are more likely to worry about stuff like this. It's probably also correlated with high in agreeableness. I'd wager the essence of the image of beta is pretty much a "feminine" guy, someone high in neuroticism and agreeableness which is more common for women to be. Yeah I always found it distracting. Guy's sensitivity to sexual provocation is on a spectrum and I am more sensitive than the average guy. Tbh it's fine if a woman is sexually provocative as long as she accepts you staring at her or teasing her or chatting to her. Nothing in the OP indicates that the wife was actually considering any competition for her present or future affections. That is entirely a projection of male insecurity over what might happen; ergo, imaginary. Red flags are not imaginary. Just because you aren't the most attractive guy she's been with doesn't mean you aren't the most important to her What the women in the comment section don't get is that this is subpar. A man wants to be the her best, not someone "who is important but not the best". Why would you assume a promiscuous woman loved her previous partners more than she loves you? If a woman (or a man for that matter) has had 20 partners, the likelihood that you as her 21st is going to be better than the other 20 is very low, especially if she had those partners during her prime when she was able to attract men the most. No it's not imaginary. You are presuming forced marriage with that statement. At any moment your partner can leave you for someone else. That is within their right and it happens all the time, including in marriage. Why would someone leave their partner if it wasn't that the competition was better? I think OP would dislike this scenario more: Imagine being married to your wife for 5 or 10 years and she says that the best sex of her life will always be some hot popular guy who fucked her in the bathroom at a frat party This case is still a "viable" maneuver so to speak where she might have had the chance to become the GF of the highest quality guy or otherwise cement herself among the people around him, who are presumably of high status too. It's irrational to describe the competition as imaginary. Do you not compare your current partner to previous ones? Not at all? I certainly have done that many times. Sure you can call him pathetic for wanting to be the girl's best intimate relationship. I don't know if I'd call trying to root out potential weaknesses in a relationship pathetic though. But I sincerely doubt you would give the same treatment to a romantic woman who longs for a man who genuinely views her as the best of the best. …

Getting better at it should be the first response, yes. And I do think OP is catastrophizing. It shouldn't be an instant cause for abandoning the relationship. But he has got a point in that if his partner genuinely liked the sex in totality more with another person, then that does undermine their relationship. It strengthens the possibility that she feels unsatisfied with the relationship as a whole because of the potential of finding a more sexually satisfying experience elsewhere. The higher …

His point is that not getting attention and getting too much attention (even if that attention is all sexual) are not equivalent problems. The former is worse than the latter.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/01/22 10:30 AM

A solution to that is to look for a more normal guy who doesn't have as many options. He is far more likely to want to stick together. If a guy is never into committed relationships it's likely he is high sought after and has no real incentives to stick to 1 woman (novelty is a huge sexual drive in men, that's a huge part of the appeal of porn). Anyway the point here is that while you get intimacy and sex but no commitment, many guys are struggling to get any of the three.

Being single is a very different experience if you know you can break out of it when you want to. It is like being unemployed - your stress levels are going to be much higher if you are genuinely unsure whether you can find a new job or not.

You are assuming a very strong monogamous foothold in your argument. When that is not the case, however, the experience can be very different for men and women. Imagine you have an island of 100 men and 100 women. For the sake of argument we assume 30% of the men are being sought after by 70% of the women, and those are the ones that are the receivers of the majority of sex, attention and love. If this island was strictly monogamous, then the women would indeed be as alone as the men are because…

Men hold the same exact views on women. You've seriously never heard a guy say the same thing? Guys want porn stars with "experience" too. This is fair. Your experience is not the normal, so it stands out, which makes you an outlier. But for sure the experience would be a lot more negative as a guy. And some guys would definitely see your virginity as a plus, while the proportion of women who would see male virginity as a plus at the same age is far smaller.
