Having regrets like I currently do right now seeps through my personality sometimes such that I feel like I'm "acting" too much to be upbeat when approaching whereas /r/seduction seems to stress inner change is important too so it's less of an act. Maybe there is still hope for me yet. Thankfully in all my years of nerding, I managed to at least be a regular gym goer so I am glad to hear that is something I did right during my 20s. It's practically impossible for me to grow enough facial hair to make a beard so that won't be an issue for me lol. Interesting to hear that 30s women can be a lot of fun too.
