2	Question about seduction and regrets. Hey Squand, thanks for the detailed information and tips. Your point on reframing is something I think I need to work on. Having regrets like I currently do right now seeps through my personality sometimes such that I feel like I'm "acting" too much to be upbeat when approaching whereas /r/seduction seems to stress inner change is important too so it's less of an act. 1	Question about seduction and regrets. Hey, thanks for the information! It's reassuring to hear that age isn't really an issue for you in attracting 20s women. Maybe there is still hope for me yet. Thankfully in all my years of nerding, I managed to at least be a regular gym goer so I am glad to hear that is something I did right during my 20s. It's practically impossible for me to grow enough facial hair to make a beard so that won't be an issue for me lol. Interesting to hear that 30s women can be a lot of fun too.
