I think this is an interesting point you made. While yes, I do think I would throw myself on hot coals to save my partner, if it came between him and our son, our son wins. I love both dearly. I never want to be parted from either of them. If I lost my partner, I think would be able to muster enough strength to keep on living, albeit difficult to do so. If I lost my son, that would be it for me. The love I have for him is an end all be all love - it does define me in a way. My love for my partne…

I get more excited about this day than Valentine's Day to be honest. Our day was very busy (we're both on the couch vegetating and redditing) and will "celebrate" this weekend instead!

Yes, my accidental pregnancy turned out well, but I'm not interested in a premeditated "accidental" pregnancy. That completely underminds him and I'm not looking to be deceitful.

Let me expand on my post. This man and I are in it until the end, which is mutally agreed upon. I made no mention of wanting leave him over this. He has my absolute commitment and ultimately if he says no to more children and legal marriage then we aren't going that route in our life, but that does not mean that my disappointment magically vanishes. This is what I am needing help with. I in no way want to lock him down so that I can stay at home and take him for everything he's worth. That moder…

Thank you for this, I appreciate your response, and you make very valid points that I do have something very good going on. I will have to think more on how a legal marriage will benefit him. I want to be able to call him my husband, and maybe it boils down to a stupid title? Husband/wife is the ultimate commitment and thats what I think I truly want, even though deep down I know I have his commitment. Thank you for giving me some things to really think about and the advice!

Thank you, this is the hard advice I came here for. I wish I could have worded my post better, because I do truly love him very much and I do make him my priority - a long happy life with him is what I very much want. Almost 4 years later and I still get excited waiting him to come home. And leaving him would be a very last option for me. I would rather have one child than be a single mom.

I appreciate your response, thank you. I very well may be trying to live up to my grandma's standards, but it's also been how I envisioned my life to be since I was little. I tried to take as much emotion out of my post as I could, because it is a very emotional thing for me, but I am head over heels in love with this man and that is why this is weighing so heavily on my. And I'm saying an idiot because even though this does happen often, I should have made we were truly compatible before having…

I find its best just to keep it to myself. Most people hear "Red Pill" and immediately think you're an abused woman chained to the stove. If you feel you need to talk about it with someone other than the women on this sub, start looking for other women that have the same ideals - women raising families, talks well of their husbands, makes it a priority to take care of their homes.

Short answer - we are submissive because we choose to defer to our husbands. Not because we are forced to. Long answer - In my opinion, a red pill relationship is a perfectly symbiotic relationship, or for another example, a yin and a yang. You have the dark/masculine, and light and feminine. Each brings their own strengths to the relationship and there is a great deal of respect and taking care of eachother. Its also understanding that my partner is more logical and can make decisions without e…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
