It says they can’t procreate, so either it’s same sex or the parent is a woman post fertility.

I’m assuming of course that he can handle his finances, however meager, and is generally a great person. Different strokes :)

I’d date a broke man because he like works for a nonprofit or is a teacher or something that adds value to the world, but not a broke man who doesn’t work or works a different job every week or spends his money on nonsense.

Well unless we enslave men like they enslaved women since the dawn of time we need life skills. Someone’s gotta cook and scrub the toilet and there’s no reason not to share the burden in a healthy partnership.

You still need life skills lol

Why would baldness indicate low value? I don’t get it...

The subject matter is important but the execution was all wrong. Even if the movie had been shot differently it would not have been so bad. Wide shots instead of closeups on crotches and butts, etc. Body doubles for closeups would have made it better. Cutting the “dance” scenes short or focusing more on their faces/wide angle/upper bodies would have been better. As it is, it is exactly the sexual exploitation of children it pretends to condemn.

Yeah no. You can make a movie about sexually exploiting children without sexually exploiting children. This movie is disgusting and is doing exactly what it claims to be bringing awareness to. I’m against child prostitution, should I pimp out a kid to bring awareness to the problem? I’m against domestic violence, should I take a baseball bat to a housewife to prove a point?

Cool. Everyone deserves a second chance. So let him go get the years of therapy he probably needs, get his education, become a HVM then pursue you. Apologies are nothing without action.

Men do not always want sex and it certainly isn’t all they want. Men are wholeass people with emotional and physical needs just like you lol I really think you need to take a break from dating and sex and get to know yourself, your needs and what you want out of a relationship. Edit to clarify: He might only want sex from you (LVM) but all men want more than just sex out of life. A HVM will share every aspect of himself with you.

Well said! I’d like to add if I may: If you’re horny, get a great vibrator and learn to please yourself. If you’re looking for more than an orgasm, like the intimacy that comes with sex or the love, attention etc etc, you are NOT going to get that from a LVM.

You need to take a break from dating and work on yourself. When you’re happy alone, you’ll be ready to date again.

That’s too bad. You’d probably get dogpiled by everyone giving the bad advice, too. God I love this sub. There are a few things I don’t quite buy into (which is fine), but overall it’s wonderful to see the FDS message and women living their best lives. I see so many women in my life stuck with dogshit LVM. And they all feel bad for ME because I’m single!

You should give her some advice! She needs to hear some good advice from a woman who knows how to value herself.

I respectfully disagree. I don’t think men just always want sex. It’s clear she needs SOMETHING, and it probably isn’t sex. My guess is she’s craving attention and intimacy, and 5 minutes of him grunting on top of her isn’t going to actually scratch that itch lol. It seems like a case of she’s too immature emotionally to know how to express her needs and he’s too immature to realize he has to put effort into his relationship. I do hope she learns that she doesn’t need to throw (or worse, TRY to …

Truth. But I find it hard to blame him because can you imagine how annoying that would be? Lol I am NOT onboard with the “teehee boys and their games” bullshit though. An adult puts the game away, understands that their significant other clearly needs attention (and probably not sexual) and attends to those needs.

Why would she even send that text when he is clearly doing something? He shouldn’t have lied obvs, but why did she think he would drop everything for sex? Seems like pick me behavior. His behavior is not ok and neither is hers.

If men are biologically built to sow their wild seed then women are biologically built to bear and raise that seed. We know biology does not dictate personalities, needs or wants. Any man saying shit like this is just making excuses for being a shitty human, full stop.

I have way more value than my looks, and any man I choose better be more than a fat wallet.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
