Logistics don’t really matter if you can pull. I know a guy who works FDNY, lives out of his parents basement. Dude is swimming in pussy all the fucking time. If you really don’t know anything and would like to improve quickly, hire a coach. Somebody credible who can teach you the basics, take you out to do approaches and critique your behavior. Its either that or you can poke around in the dark and hope you improve over time, but if you’re serious, find a good coach who is respected/successful at teaching game and pay them to train you.

Absolutely, shit you can live on 40k if need be. Sure you’d probably need roommates and have to budget with 40k but it’s doable. I currently pay $2400 a month for my 1br in Brooklyn. Was def a combination of fate + game haha. I was working real estate in Manhattan at the time, and made it a habit to approach at least 5 women a day. If I hadn’t established the habit to go after what I want every day I wouldn’t have had the balls to approach her. I do agree though that everything after the approach itself was fate. I feel you on wanting to start a family, it’s totally worth it when you meet the right person. Until then it’s really a numbers game. I admit I got really lucky.

Being pretty is good, don’t drop that niche. You got nice hair and a decent physique? Keep the nice hair and work on your physique. Women will appreciate a nicer body and the effort that goes into developing one. Be it gym or calisthenics. If you have no issues attracting super hot girls even some times, then I’m sure you’ll do just fine in college but always shoot to improve.
