1	[deleted by user] You recognize the problem. That’s the first step. Now it’s time to stop the self-pity and self-loathing and get to work. You absolutely can better yourself and grow out of this, but you have to actively make the effort. Nothing is going to change magically. I do not recommend going down the “PUA” rabbit hole, but I would seriously encourage you to read “Models” by Mark Manson. I even have an ebook copy I’ll send you if you want, just msg me.
