We can disagree. No worries. But family is my end game and I have steadily been working my way to achieving that. One night stands won't fulfill you. Long term FWBs won't sustain you. That's just my opinion.

I've been a member of this sub for 9 years. 9 years. This isn't some random bar slut this man found 2 months ago who's giving him a shit test. This is a unicorn, once in a lifetime situation. They are each other's first. I'm not saying he should do whatever she says but he should at least take a hard look at his situation and decide if he wants to make things work or not. I don't have all the context so I have no idea if it's completely worth it or not, but based on what has been said I think my…

Because you don't discard a shirt when it gets a stain. You work it out. By his own admission his girlfriend hasn't done anything significantly damaging to the relationship. The grass is greener where you fertilize it. This is a learning experience but it doesn't mean he has to nuke his own relationship from orbit.

Hey young dumbass; you should do everything you can to make it work. Your situation is so mother fuckin rare these days I don't care what any of these other guys say. The fact that you've been with each other for so long and took each other's virginity is a big deal. You think it's sunshine and rainbows out there but it's not. It's whores and social media sluts. Aren't you supposed to be smart, Asian man? You're being stupid as fuck right now. And that's God's honest truth.

It's okay to get married at your age. It's okay to get married later. Life is a marathon, not a sprint. Get married when you find the right woman and are ready to commit. Marriage is the end game.

You don't have to wait to go to university to get laid. That's a poor excuse. In fact, a lot of guys with that mindset go to school and then sit in their dorms all day and never get laid. You need to put yourself out there. Getting women is a numbers game. Make friends with like minded dudes and go to bars and focus on having a good time first and meeting women second. If your sole focus is getting laid, women will smell the desperation on you and it will turn them off. Also ffs, don't join the …

It is actually the life of "comfort" that is truly painful. For to be comfortable leads to poor health, wealth, and eventually happiness. It is pain and hard work that actually leads to true comfort in the end. Quick examples: It's more comfortable not to work out, but there is a strong chance you will become unhealthy eventually to the point where you are overweight or stricken with other health issues. Is that comfort? It's actually harder to live that way than it is to lift weights and eat he…

There's a reason you can't help most people change until they hit rock bottom. Addicts, TRP deniers, wage cucks, fat fucks, etc. For most people, things have to get incredibly bad before they either break and give up (suicide) or realize they can no longer live a certain way and make the positive decision to change for their literal survival (redemption)
/r/TheRedPill21/07/21 02:25 PM

I mean sure at the end of the day TRP is about being true to yourself, your goals, and living your life being true to oneself. That's the only way to find happiness Stop and smell the flowers, get some ass, hang out with your loved ones as much as possible, etc. Living a good life really is quite that simple

Respect doesn't come from being in the military. His statement is like some weird seeking approval behavior. The whole thing could've been left out because it doesn't add to his post. The first sentence is so lame and blue pilled I don't even want to read the rest. Joining the military is inherently blue pill. In the long run I'll realize that huh? I've been around 3 decades. I've had numerous success with women. This isn't theory. I do agree that happiness comes within. I don't recall saying it comes from women. Don't see what point you're trying to make. You sound angry. Treat women like shit all you want but you really don't have to in order to be successful. You just have to be a handsome, charming man with things going for you. It's literally that simple. Keep it simple.

This is solid advice. When I was a young man I struggled with loving myself. Every once and a while someone would say I was handsome and I would feel upset. I'd think things like why are they buttering me up or why are they lying to me? Then slowly over the course of time (18-25 years of age) I began to realize they were right and it was my own thoughts that had been wrong. I was handsome! I'll meet you half way. I believe having enough vitamin d is important to having a normal, healthy, functioning body. So in that regard the sun helps because it helps you obtain vitamin d. But if you're really trying to increase your testosterone levels I'd start by: Lifting & sleeping well As well as avoiding soy, pythalates, and bisphenol a
/r/TheRedPill06/11/20 08:48 PM
1

I'd start at his first section labeled "Environment" about the sun being the most important part of testosterone production. It's a bold claim and the author doesn't list even one source to back it up. There are plenty of ways to increase your testosterone. Suntanning on the beach ain't the best way.
/r/TheRedPill06/11/20 08:33 PM

In the thread you posted the author says 20,000 international units of vitamin D is what a man needs daily for optimal testosterone levels. I'm calling bullshit because that's a very high number. Your body doesn't come anywhere near producing that amount in a day naturally. A link to the study he is referencing would be nice. I've read that anything over 4,000 iu doesn't really benefit you more than just 4,000 iu daily. I use to take 4,000 iu a day and bumped it down to 2,000 iu a day because I didn't see a significant trade-off on the higher dose. 20,000 iu a day seems absolutely ridiculous.

I'm convinced the secret to happiness is being debt free. I have a mortgage and car payment but combined they're only 35% of my income each month and that's including the insurance on the car. Cook my own food, have a home gym, no dumbass Starbucks coffee everyday, etc. Every man should learn how to manage their finances. It's a key pillar of a successful and happy life. Please at least try mediation to free your mind from those thoughts or go for a long run. When you have a thought, any thought, it isn't a reflection of you or who you are. Acknowledge that you're having the thought and then let it pass. You do not have to be your negative thoughts. Try YouTube, it's a good place to start for mediation. Finishing college was the hardest thing I've done without a doubt. If you're wondering about school getting easier mentally then my answer is no. College is stressful. It costs a lot of money and it's difficult and you can't see your reward until after you graduate. It's a mixed bag. People who get married in their late teens or early 20's typically don't make it from my experience. And as many studies show it's usually because the woman wants out of the relationship. Some of my friends who got married I never see anymore because they're too busy raising their kids and working which is a bummer and because I don't see them that often I can't truly tell if they are happy or unhappy. If it were me, I wouldn't erase her or any other woman from my contact list unless the relationship is thoroughly over. Just don't send her snaps unless she sends you one first meant only for you i.e. not a mass snap sent to everyone. Snapchat is a nudes goldmine if you play it right. My favorite plate and I will snap back and forth and I'll even go first but it's because I've known her for years. Short term plates NEVER receive snaps from me EVER.

Don't snap her like everyone else does.

Oh to be 16 years old again; the age I lost my virginity! Your face is fine, it's your mindset that's hideous. Lift Cut that mop off the top of your head. It's terrible. Your height is fine. Get some sun. Talk to women outside of work. Get a more hobby more interesting than astronomy. Astronomy isn't a panty dropper. Stop being so cynical ya dingus. Don't be a prick just to be a prick, that will bite you in the ass in the long run. Send me a message if you want more advice. You're just starting …

I'm failing to see your buddies so called mistakes. She's not yours, it's just your turn. He shouldn't have gotten engaged in the first place. He dodged a bullet. Completely destroyed? Moving back home? Please. Why? That's taking 10 steps backward. "Never even entertain the idea of a girl's weekend away. Do not let your women go out to clubs without you, ever. Never inherently trust a woman, no matter how 'strong' or 'unique' your relationship is." This is mate guarding 101. When it really boils…

I left that part out. I went through four therapists before I stuck it out with my dude Larry. Therapy can only be successful if you find someone you can work with.

I went through a difficult 6 month stretch between 11/15 and 5/16. I split up with my girl of nearly 4 years, still had not graduated from college, and was pretty depressed. One day I woke up and decided I wasn't going to live like this anymore. So I did the following, Made an appointment to see a male therapist. Having a trained, male professional to talk to made a world of difference for my psyche and helped me realize my situation at the time was not as bad as I was making it out to be. Made …

It's annoying that a post like this isn't higher up while shitposts are. Keep up the good work though Garg. You hit it on the head.

Something about this post rubbed me the wrong way. First of all, you shouldn't be in a LTR with anyone. And for what's it worth, if anything in a girls past does make you "insecure" then you're being a little bitch. Sure you can walk away whenever you want and if she does something that's gives you reason to then go right ahead. But to sit here and say "oh bro she had sex with 20 guys in a span of three years I gotta leave now" is moronic. I think it's telling of who you are. My favorite plate f…

Both sides are dumb. Unless that's HIS girl there's no reason to take it that far. However, from the looks of it, it isn't. Then he sucker punches the first guy which is just low. Jail that douche. Other guys should have walked away though. Somebody like that isn't worth your time. Look at all the shitty consequences that followed over 15 seconds of chest puffing. Bunch of stupid guys who would get a better investment on their night talking to women or enjoying the company of their bros. Instead…

I can't agree with you saying its girly attention whoring. A Snapchat Story takes at most 10 seconds out of my night and can really promote my product i.e. me. Women will snap me random things throughout the day. Sure they could text me too but at the end of the day Snapchat is another fishing line coming off of my boat and there's no harm in that. It's also a useful tool when it comes to getting women to send risque photos. Most women I've met don't feel comfortable sending nudes over text even…

Just my two cents... but since you mentioned Amazon, this just so happens to be the ab wheel that I use that I purchased from them.

"even when they say they don't." This. I've had girlfriends tell me NOT to workout while we were dating but it's a bunch of BS. I've been going to the gym 3-5 days a week for the past 6 months and the attention I've received from women has gone up tremendously. Honestly, it can be annoying AF because girls can be overly touchy feely.
