I see what you're saying and that might affect how you judge yourself but there is stuff you can improve just by listening to your own voice. 10	What I learned from Fucking My ONEitis. Keep internalizing the sidebar, put yourself in situations to practice game, lift, lift some more, then lift again. Rinse and repeat. Put yourself in situations where you don't feel comfortable. Make a fool of yourself in front of others. If you're not sure how you're supposed to act in certain situations, keep your mouth shut and observe people around you.
