Thanks for the suggestions. I've read a lot of theory some years ago (way to much and without trying to apply anything) which lead to a lot of overthinking. Nevertheless, "Models" is waiting in my shelf anyway and "Unfuck yourself" sounds like it's quite relevant right now. I will give it a read! Also, I did made a lot of radical changes in the past (it's kind of a bad habit), so only focusing on approach anxiety sounds right and a step by step plan is exactly what I need. That might be the problem: I'm not relating enough. Often times I'm just interested or fascinated (or act like I am) and keep on asking to make the conversation more about them and less about me. I will try to work on that part, thanks!

Right, I already am trying to do this (maybe not often enough because I want to avoid making the conversation about me, bragging how kewl I am), but often times it goes like this: Me: "So, what'd you study?" It doesn't work for me, can anybody give me a hint on what im doing wrong? So I tried improving this some time ago and think I improved quite a bit. Watching this video was like "yeah, right. I'm already doing all of this", but somehow conversations tend to be more like an interview for me.
