I've read a lot of theory some years ago (way to much and without trying to apply anything) which lead to a lot of overthinking. Nevertheless, "Models" is waiting in my shelf anyway and "Unfuck yourself" sounds like it's quite relevant right now. I will give it a read! Also, I did made a lot of radical changes in the past (it's kind of a bad habit), so only focusing on approach anxiety sounds right and a step by step plan is exactly what I need. XY: "I studied international finance" Me: "Oh, that's so cool! I can relate because ..." XY: "Ah, I see. cool..." ... Me: "So why international finance, what makes it interesting to you?"
