23	Cineplex Entertainment told me father's don't matter The BBB is a joke. They are just a private company that does absolutely nothing but collect a fee and pretend to rate your company. Everybody just assumes that they are a government entity. At one point they were a credible source but now they are just outdated and have lost their focus.
