My assumption is that armorers keep the firearms/props under lock and key for safety precautions. I’d assume they carry large insurance policies that they want to keep intact by ensuring safe secure gun check in/check out procedures. I’m completely baffled that guns just went missing off set for target practice unbeknownst to the head armorer.
At my moms funeral, there was a line of women there to talk to my dad. They were already wanting to know when they could come by and see how he was doing and drop some food off. He and I both knew exactly what they were up to.
