She's already lawyered up... You're deluding yourself. Maybe you need to learn the hard way like many of us did... (yea yea, kids, pension, house... Seen it all get blown up anyway - no matter how you try to protect it) There is NO relationship equity. It's down the toilet.

They'll call it "emotional affair" and label it harmless. I, and many others can attest, there are no "emotional affairs"... NONE

Girls lie. Get used to it. Set standards on what you expect from her on honesty and be firm on that. Don't get anal on silly shit. Piercings are feirly normal markers of feminine traits in certain cultures, specially nose and ears.. They're not all feminazis. You're talking LTR at 6 months, get real. Sidebar stuff. She can think she's in an LTR with you but you should maintain non exclusivity and build abundance. Promiscuous dressing is a woman seeking sexual attention and validation for her bea…

Dude, at 18,she knows more about male/female nuances and dynamics than you will till you're in your mid 30s.. at least. Sheep's clothing. Read Rollo and Pook, you'll get what I mean.

Yes. Don't fall for the water works. Her lizard brain will now plan a counter strategy, I'm willing to bet on it. No, you don't need to demote her, she demoted herself, stop trying to appeal (with yourself) on her behalf. The narrative that should be playing now is "what has she done (not said) to be so good that I'd consider her for anything more than a fwb (not LTR)? “- be ruthless because hypergamy never cares. *she knew what she was doing" - THIS and she did it anyway. That's never an LTR mo…

Girls shittest compliant simps all the time. Not because they have interest, but because they can get away with it. (most) Girls are also brutal when they speak of what they got away with their orbiters as a result of these (entrapment) shit tests.

Student or mother's friend I think.... Yeah, he was being the "good boy" and was mortified of the repercussions of stating his intent. I've been in a few similar situations myself.

Dude. I read the first few lines and stopped reading. Guys are masters at complicating their lives - Richard Cooper (YouTube / book called unplugged alpha) Why the fuck would you even do that to yourself? Iron Rule 1 of tomassi. Always control the frame... You're capitulating frame and asking us how to do it with grace and without damage. smh If you feel the threat of this music festival, just... Arrrgh

Sidebar. Basic stuff. I'll give you a pass due to your age. But sidebar is required reading. Cc=cock carousel... You'll miss this some day. Dude, perfect for establishing frame and getting her compliant... Specially if you want her to be around for a while. See apex mindset on YouTube, has a series on how to "program" good behaviour. It's a 4 part series. Frame control for unmatched desire and loyalty... You're young though, you have a long ways to go... Short answer, no, it's not bad behaviour. Give her some comfort and validation and reassurance (temper it, don't be soy). In my 40s, date and plate only 19-23 year olds. Ain't no thang. They can be a lot of fun if managed WELL. The sex is never ending, almost no problems like job or kids or established social circle (other than college kids who have no fucking clue and are partying) DO NOT LTR though. As for society... Who gives a fuck? In the words of the great and late Patrice "BE RIGHTEOUS".

She's young (I'm guessing), a bit new to social graces and trying to be polite. Not necessarily damaged. Could be a green flag if you can capitalise this to ensure she's in Your frame. It could be the inverse as well, she thinks the "sorry" compensates for her shitty behaviour elsewhere. Hard to tell...

"actions over words" - yes. But your conclusion is wrong. Girls fuck for a variety of reasons. There's plenty of girls who will fuck you even after they've broken up and monkey branched. Girls who will have genuine desire but are keeping a lookout for/even cheat with beta bux (probably mistakes you made in other departments, or she's broken)... Finally, a girl with a ton of dread of being abandoned by you (if you're fulfilling the alpha fux side of her hypergamous equation) will monkey branch/ch…

She needs drama. Manufacture some. Choking, pulling hair and throwing her around in bed is one way. Another is creating tension through ignoring her/getting too busy. Don't seek approval for creating drama. But yeah, the hamster needs caffeination and it's a good thing she's telling you, or she'll manufacture her own drama and you don't want that. You might be too accommodating as I used to be, just foster some dark triad qualities. Paul of apex mindset on YouTube addresses this.

It's not as ritualistic. That makes it awkward. Just suggest something that creates opportunities to kino and get physical. Drinks, private setting, a date like feeling. Go out to a park, grab a quick bite, get into a private space where its just the two of you... The more you build it up as a "date" or some form of ritual, the more rigid and difficult it'll become.

Cultural? Arab or Muslim country? Dm me. No such thing as cultural restriction on being red. Its a false restriction - easy way out. Don't do it to yourself. Been there, done that, wear the scars. Don't make excuses, you seem like you know the truth. As for exceptions, yes, I know plenty. So she's trying to control you. Stop being nice. She shouldn't feel she can demand that of you... "you'll know when I'm free" (be suggestive, smirk) "I'll show you mine when you show me yours" (naughty grin) "do you want to schedule my dentist appointment as well? “ (slightly annoyed) Create some tension, keep her on edge. If she's too comfortable you're firmly in friend zone and relegated to LJBF (let's just be friends). Don't. Be. That Guy.

Usually best to get this out before you're vetting for LTR. Girls are more likely to be a bit more honest (only a bit) when they don't expect any outcome with you... As things progress, they're less and less likely to be honest about their sexual past. Too late by the time she's in consideration for LTR. Having said all that, I don't think you'll ever get the truth no matter what tactic you apply. Even when drunk, girls are extremely careful about this facet of their lives. Pin it down to "somet…

good comments here. A few points: "my generation"... Nah man, ask all the guys in their 40s being divorced or in deadbeat marriages, this has been going on since the 1990s (or longer) Comfort... Attraction... I wonder why no one talked of frame. If she's firmly in your frame (and I know 2 or 3 marriages that are thriving after 20+ years) she's going to be too scared to look elsewhere. Yes. It's more inner game than words. If you're trying to be manipulative, you'll get played and frustrated. . If you're direct, you won't. Now the book gets deeper than that but it's a good start. Be direct, not creepy and confident that you always get what you want.

Don't ask, state. Give it 48 hours. Ideally I wait for a girl to reach out to suggest a date, but you need to calibrate to the context (age, type of meet, etc..). Some cases (most), you just take the L and move on, they usually circle back around in 3 to 6 months if you gave her a good time. If you felt she's "the best" so far, maybe you leaked some of that vibe out to her. Spin more. Go out there and aim for rejection, it'll become your shield. Be Chad but be discreet about it. If you're a sneaky BP guy, you probably have more opportunities than a gigachad who isn't. As for locking you down; of late there's less emphasis on marriage but there was a time (15 to 20 years ago) where sex=marriage and there were no two ways about it . If you had PIV sex with a girl, it meant you were definitely gonna marry her (not that it always turned out that way). Having said that, girls play this game too well. All messed up? Nah. 80/20 rule and this is big cities with western influences. YMMV depending on country and culture. Its not all doom and gloom but don't fall for the facade of righteousness either. Religion is window dressing. People behave well on the surface because its expected. Most misbehave behind closed doors or when they're traveling or studying abroad. The mothers and feminist men are the biggest ENABLERS of the screw up happening. My experience: been divorce raped in "sharia" courts, seen many good men around me fall to the same courts. I've had relationships with and experience of women from Egypt, Syria, Lebanon Jordan, Iraq, UAE, Saudi, Iran and I'm not talking about the "clubbing" girls (Dubai, Egypt and Lebanon) because that was never my scene. Very hard to tell ratios. Here's a breakdown of societal dynamics though... (this is in the context of big, modern cities) Most girls between 16-20 are under a lot of peer pressure to "give it up" (attending college, social media, music and TV, "fempowerment", chads, 'bad girls' social influence and lack of censure). Traditional (and/or religious) dads are shamed more freely in the name of equality and liberalism to not shut down slutty behaviour. Most young men are dualistic in that they want t…

Lebanon, nah. Them girls are far gone (with exceptions). Jordan, Egypt, Iraq, Syria and Turkey... Agree with the balanced spectrum compared to the west but it ain't no utopia. The "traditional household" (I. E. Somewhat religious) but westernised woman (I. E. College educated / big city) needs a firm RP man with a nuanced understanding of the local norms and countering the growing influence of liberalism. I agree with the "gulf girls" comment. Massive imbalance of male to female ratio, extreme entitlement, sluttiness is encouraged (in the name of progressiveness), 2/3 girls are ONLY gold diggers because there are too many young and honry men with more money than sense.

Yes. Mode One calls out the other modes of behaviour we men engage in that encourages manipulative behaviour. It aims at authenticity and also getting past any woman's manipulative behaviour. Eject. 6 months isn't LTR yet, you can cut clean and leave her questioning. I know you won't take this advice. The gut never lies. You wouldn't be asking if you were even 51% sure of her "innocence"

If she was an LTR... It ALWAYS ends badly. Don't feed her ego. If she's under 25, and if you can... smash it. If she's over, forget it, she wants feelz. Nah. YMMV. 2 or 3 of my exes became absolute dumpster fires after the break up (or maybe the scales fell off my eyes). One stayed the same (she was always attractive and she's still young). One worked really hard and maintained her looks into her 30s, so we had a great romp after a 10 year break. I don't know about others because I never bothered to check up. Whether I was dumped or the dumper.

You were ego invested. From the sounds of it, she love bombed you (typical narc behaviour - but don't be too concerned, we all have a little narc in us, just varying degrees). You eventually lapped up the attention and got ego invested, also, being dumped causes your attachment and neediness to spike unless you had a few on the side. (always have 2 in the kitty). The 4 hours trip tells me you were more invested than you wanna let on to the RP "bros". But hey, that's okay, we've all made mistakes…

I'll take a contrarian view here. You're not gonna like it. SMV isn't all that, her looks aren't all that. Even your working out or fitness or spinning plates ain't all that. Your simple question is "whose frame is this relationship in?". If it's firmly your frame, you got this. If it's wavering or in hers, you've already lost and no amount of SMV, abundance etc... Will fix it. Considering your question, you're already in a weak frame, don't worry, we've all been there. I've had absolute 9s and …

Thanks. It's a marathon , not a sprint. Do I have 10s fawning over me? Not yet. Abundance? Working on that. But get your mind right. As bad as being beta... was the RP rage, made me very bitter. Unplug a bit from dogmatic application of RP. Spazing over minutiae was hampering my growth. Killing the beta is still hard work. The pain of failure and rejection was the most effective motivator.

Check out Rollos preventative medicine. Different stages of life of a woman determine her priorities. It's more nuanced than "fuck her good". I've had 2 LTRs where the orgasms (for her) were more (and more varied) in almost every encounter. Didn't stop their hypergamic tendancies. Cheating? Can't ever be sure (emotional cheating doesn't count)... But yeah, both in their early 20s.

You don't "go back" after 2 days. Ideal soft next should last 4 to 7 days and she should initiate contact by the 4th or 5th day without drama. If there's drama, extend. Drama is bitchiness towards you. Second, don't DEER, DARE. Look it up. You don't explain yourself or rationalise. You state. Would you explain yourself to a 5yr old? Same difference. If you have to explain yourself, you're losing.

Age affects these decisions. Younger girls are more impulsive towards seeking male attention and having "fun". They're also more apt to draw attention. Any moderately attractive woman under 25..even 27 will invariably not only have opportunities but will actively create opportunities in the name of "its my 20s, time to party" . Failure is the best teacher. What differentiates you from you in the past is that you will learn, you will grow and you will be better than the sum of your defeats. The embarrassment, shame and needless investment all dull with time and with more experiences. banging a bunch of random women won't cure oneitis. Nor will ratio…

Dunno why no one has pointed out the obvious: Women have to be deceptive (manipulate) by nature, its their evolved survival skill. Men's is aggression /physical violence. Each has their own, its neither good or bad, it just is. (side note : men who have to lie/rationalise to get their way are inherently weaker men - see DEER vs DARE)) The question is what she's lying about. And how it affects you. Rollo has a great essay about this. Expect lies. Now, how you react to lies is the crux of the matt…

add tight and see thru clothing to that (not fitting, TIGHT) "choosing signals"; "attention seeking behaviour" one word: "advertising" 3 more words: "Beware the Jezebel" There's a line that a girl will cross between classy, smart and "dressed well" to being "the Jezebel". Local culture, her culture and societal norms determine that line.

2 schools of thought: Don't do it: "If you were that guy, how would it feel?" - bros before ho's (old order thinking) & avoid complications of jealousy and rage/potential of attack - reduce drama in your life (gets worse with married women and if she has children with him, oh boy). Go ahead: "She's going to do it anyway, it doesn't matter with whom, he'll still be cheated on" - strategic opportunism, plausible deniability, pure FB status (stay a mystery and clear exit plan) Add another to the mi…

(disclaimer) This discussion isn't for the younger guys under 40-45... Well, you're ahead of me then. I'm just beginning to realise my fuckedup'ness (pedastalising , attachment, validation seeking, not filling my life, being able to accept rejection, scarcity) and working across the board. You and me both, brother. Its my wiring that I've been untangling for the better part of 2 years now. NMMNG (the book) is a good start. Build DNGAF attitude. "Spin plates, spin plates" was something I found exhausting and undoable. But abundance is really where we need to get. Spinning for me now is just a matter of constantly building supply, whether something happens or not isn't the goal (for now). you're never "complete", you stop when you die. labels are shorthand for others to understand, no necessarily badges you need to earn. you earn your badges by DOING/thru PAIN not conceptualising. stop yourself if you're ever asking "am I Alpha enough?" - that's proof you aren't.

They can't ever be the bad chimp. Have to have social proof even if it's between just you and her. If there's unresolved feeling in there, she's unsettled. Feels partly to blame. I guess this is their method of ensuring YOU are entirely to blame and it wasn't all that anyway. AND that gives her permission to be the "war bride" if/when she's monkey branched.

Had the tables turned on me. "I want to be with you forever 😭", from her during breakup turned to "please don't message me again" after she got her 'closure'. Ex wife did the same, sweet as fuck during the amicable divorce, wanted closure, I played along, she became the bitch from hell after that and turned the whole thing upside down.
/r/askTRP28/01/21 08:32 AM

mark my words. (you sound like you'll already concede some ground) - the "talk", "closure" will make her feel better/colder to you and she will use it to wound you to the core. and when SHE wants, you'll be dead to her. listening to her friends or the bf was already you conceding. you should've told the dude "hey man, we can shoot the shit but if you gonna bring up that crap, nah thanks"

blackdragons non-monogamous approach may suit you well here. if she's under 23, expect her to be (non mono), treat her as such. don't give power away by accepting ljbf. corey wayne had some stuff on "being forced" to deal with an ex. if shes texting you/initiates-then just set up a hook up session. try twice, if she rejects or makes excuses, go dark; at least on text.

say it matter of factly "y'know, I could never take a girl "like that" seriously (one who has a bunch of male orbiters she engages with)". oneitis is incurable. you can fool others but not yourself. only time (away) makes oneitis fade. i had a plate->fb->oneitis->fb situation. The final step failed miserably, women (even the young ones) are masters at manipulating a situation to betatize, control and take power (thru pussy & emotions/lies). the only way is OUT and don't get into it again thru abundance/focus on yourself. review rich cooper on youtubes (BTT series-never make a woman the focus of your life).

I agree with everything other than the last bit. There's no respect off her if she accepts a man who lays other women. Don't be shamed by that. Be ashamed of dumping your feels on her. Or not holding your drink, or crying to her, or begging for her back.
/r/askTRP02/09/20 02:40 PM

You don't fight for anything. YOU are the prize. C'mon man, with that attitude, you're begging her to cuck you, dump you or both at the same time.

Why block her? Start dating other chicks. Let her reach out. Call her over to smash, reiterate you're not exclusive. Plate her. Let her stew in her emotions. The less you engage the better (outside of smashing). She'll try harder, stay cold (as much as you can). Drop her once in a while to date around. You can be brutal about it ("can't see you Saturday, got a date lined up") or not, YMMV.

Understand that if you are in a healthy relationship, you shouldn't be feeling what you're feeling right now. I swear I'd have saved tons of time, money, mental and emotional energy if I'd have been able to apply this successfully. It'll never be worth the effort to try and confirm (never deny) your suspicions.
/r/askTRP31/08/20 09:38 AM
3

AWALT, get used to it. I've been in far too many LTRs over decades. I can tell you one thing for sure. The ones who can give you reasons to mistrust them are clear as night and day from the one who don't. It's a very binary thing. Most younger women (I'd hazard a guess of under 25) and high on social media attention with a 7+ SMV are at LEAST open to the idea of branch swinging if and when a better option presents itself.
/r/askTRP31/08/20 09:32 AM

/r/askTRP31/08/20 09:28 AM

Hard next. Don't engage. You'll get pulled in for round 2. Get some nice hysterical bonding sex for a couple of weeks (at most), then the shit storm gets heavier and she'll be better at hiding and gas lighting. Or go in for the sex and disengage (but that's guaranteed to get you pulled back into the emotions). Pu**y has power over even the most hardened of us. (pun intended)

Stop second guessing yourself. Be simple and direct if you want to stop the overthinking. See below, lay down the law. Either way, it'll break. DO NOT SECOND GUESS yourself. https://youtu.be/4HPsf3cJxgM Something simple I learnt early thru many betrayals. "if you have nothing to hide, you hide nothing" A good woman, with virtue, will not give you room to overthink about anything resembling lack of loyalty. If she isn't virtuous, demote. Don't reach out, when she reaches out, suggest getting together. Don't waste time on chit chat, don't take back your words. She brings up things working out etc.. You wrote "bare with me here", you meant bear. The Internet is full of mistaken uses of homophones in expressions such as bear with me and bare with me. Pretty much gave you a script to follow there. She will forget she ever felt this about the sex from the ex if you execute this properly. And yes dude, forget LTR. Please. For your sake.

I'd agree only if girls are never manipulative. And that, in itself cannot be because men have to use physical power, women have to use less direct means (to us). It's definitely calculated, just like muscle memory. Maybe not deliberate but enough that it's elicits a certain response. Yes, it's not malicious from her POV. Just like it wouldn't be malicious for any one of us to use seduction to get sex. But I wouldn't explain it away as insensitive or stupid. Nah, girls are hyper sensitive specia…

Set a definite time and then, if she flakes, next. You had to be decisive which you weren't.

No damage to control. This is trp not relationship advice. Get with the programme, your dick in girl #1 is actually a good thing to keep ltr in check. Don't apologise, don't be in damage control. I've been there. You'll eat humble pie throughout and ltr may/will cheat on you. After the drama (from ltr, not you), you can calmly address this issue. Reiterate respectful distance from girl #1. But keep it edgy with ltr. If she gets too comfortable, you're toast. NEVER apologise for sticking your dic…

They try harder. It's a challenge. Keep at it. Don't give her the satisfaction, it'll keep her keen.

I did more right than wrong with this one than with any of my women before. I want to learn from my mistakes. The biggest revelation with her was red Pilling, holding frame, and recognising women's true nature. It's like they all follow the exact same manual, regardless of culture, religion, location, ethnicity or age (AWALT). I ignored red flags because I was always in the "she's gone soon, she's a plate" Mindset. We live in a place where both of us (specially her) are ethnically anomalies. Tha…

Repeatedly, yes. But never for more than 24 hours. Until now: my soft next executed right. What I don't get is my SMV skyrocketed this past year, in no small measure thanks to her, did oodles for my 45 year old, blue pilled ass confidence. Guilt trip, yes, spot on. I'm too much of a nice guy. I never had an inkling it would last more than a few months.

Good assessment. I had kept it non exclusive and non LTR for the longest time. She kept insisting on relationship status and commitment which I didn't give for over a year though she let on that she was in one with me. She did manage to engage my emotions through chasing, spending a lot of time and persistence. My blue pill conditioning kicked in (with shit advice from some guys around me) and I felt more "responsible". After her fuck ups earlier this year, I reinforced non relationship and she …

Good stuff. I've finally started losing the idea of being right. I'd rather get what I want than prove myself correct. I'm only starting to get to the "steps ahead of them" part.

I'll try to keep it short. This is the first time I've ever verbalised this. Thanks for your input, I feel honoured. Its been months of learning, reading, listening, applying and correcting. I wanted to contextualise it. I'll truncate the post.

My first guess is that you didn't remove attention / validation properly. (always leave a convo or chat with them wanting more). Also, you're learning "on the job" - which is hard. Constantly = NOT platonic. Don't fool yourself. DO NOT give more attention, don't try to negotiate desire. Her chatting with another guy being a red line for you: is it a covert or overt contract? If it's covert (only you know about it) - then draw the line. Find a way to bring up a generic discussion and explain the …

Trust your gut. You haven't told us everything and maybe there's stuff there that can't be easily spelled out, you just got a feel for it. Trust your gut. TRUST YOUR GUT!!! Something is making you hesitant, or you wouldn't be here asking. Do not bring up the relationship talk. Progress as normal. Upgrading status means a lot to a woman (at least she believes it does) but rarely brings much in the form of benefit to a man. Usually you'll see a difference in her behaviour once she gets more comfor…

When she calls. Ask her out. Definite date and time. If she flakes. Then be busy. If she tries a second time to call back, set a date. If she flakes again then ignore and walk away, until she asks you out. If she explicitly says something friendzony, "I don't see you that way" is your go to line. Be playful, be charming, be seductive. Don't be a friend. Do not over text. Do not spend more than 5 minutes on any phone communication. She wants your time, it's in person in a date situation only.

I married what I considered to be a 9/10. By the time we were divorcing, years later because of her cheating and lying ways, she was a 6/10 - at best. When I recently found myself with a HB9 half my age, and she's under dread I'll dump her for someone younger/hotter :) my ex doesn't even register as a 2/10 (probably negative territory). Time, options and perspective (and a good amount of work).

I'm surprised at the many comments and also your idea that if/when you make enough money... It's not about money. It's OK to feel that way about an ex. You are the prize, you will always be the prize. The 4/10 is as lucky as the 8/10. The more you invest on yourself, time, exercise, education and experiences, the bigger prize you become. Money helps. Not the end goal. There's a point you need to reach to not bother with tinder, get out in the real world and interact with as many people you can. …

See Corey Wayne's stuff on creating sexual tension (2 steps forward, 1 step back). I'd doubt she's untouched or maybe even a virgin, regardless, give her the tingles and she'll be all over you. When she's hot and bothered for you, you really don't have to do much, other than initiate and lead.
