The guy in the picture is not relevant to the topic, which is the perception/attitude around violence towards men in media. You'll see women hurt men in a lot of comedies and you won't see the reverse (obviously there could be exceptions but i can't think of any). If you wanna stick to "it's just comedy", try reversing the genders, posting it on facebook and watch your friend count decrease.

The examples you gave are pretty subjective. Not being afraid when walking at night: it is way more likely for a man to get assaulted when walking at night.
