I have no issue with "funny names." But naming a child "Chiquita" all but guarantees that child will not leave the ghetto.

There is something really wrong with any judge who would convict him of that, and any prosecutor who would punish him for it. My wife and I agree that if we found the same thing, we would act just like he did. It's tragic that the daughter now has lost both of her parents.

I think the clerk acted correctly by defending himself. He crossed a line when hitting them while down. This should not be treated as male on female violence, but as a store employee defending himself.
