1	I take Propranolol/Inderal for Approach Anxiety - My fear is totally gone :-) It isn't habit forming but always come off beta blockers under the doctors supervision and instruction. Cold turkey quitting of beta blockers can sometimes cause heart attacks. You just have to ween off over a week or two. Just follow the doctors advice and you will be fine. She could barely walk for several days and had to go through physical therapy for several weeks. The kids involved got four days off school. If she would have stayed out of it and one of the kids would have got hurt she probably would have been sued by the parents and fired by the school.
