1	Having trouble loosening up in interactions I could see biting back for fun to test to make sure it's still bantering. But, personally, I'd rather not escalate things. 1	Having trouble loosening up in interactions Non drinker here as well! I find the trick is to try and let go of your pride when you think someone may be insulting you. (Easier said than done I know..) Realizing that you have your own value and it's not affected by what others might say about you and more about how you respond to it. It can make all the difference in how you see yourself and help you to keep a calm cool demeanor that others will recognize.
