I think you are lucky. if she was dumb (or extremely smart) and just signed a prenup (without getting her attorney) and u get married. You would be married to the woman without valid prenup and court will not recognize your prenup (and end up with very very expensive lawsuit in family court and will lose). Furthermore, prenup should be fair. You cant have prenup just favoring one side. Most of time it requires two lawyers (one from each side). And having that is very rare for young couples.
