I’d have to agree with that. Single mothers, how sad. Very, very sad. I’ve always felt called to mentor fatherless boys. I got involved with Big Brothers/Big Sisters when I was like 25 years of age. I’m still in contact with the guy I was assigned to. Very rewarding experience.

In high school, a teacher of mine definitely offered it to me, right before I graduated. I did not grasp it for a good while, I was way too daft even at 17, to “get it”, lol. I guess the worst part is that it would blur the line that divides teachers and students, apart from it being illegal.
