If you've ever spent any time around black ppl you'll recognize they will certainly refer to that, "white boy" or "white girl" when referencing someone that isn't the same race as themselves. What they found was that women aren't paid less based on gender and that through their own hiring policies they often over paybwomen simply for being women. It just means that the real reason and characters behind the event are different than the official narrative that is issued through the media to the populace.
