Can you say with a straight face that a woman who is madly in love with a man would sit back and do nothing for all of these events? When compared to men, yes I could see a woman doing nothing for all these events. Is it really hard for you to imagine a girl in love getting excited for these events but specifically for what she shall receive? Perhaps she will love his dumb horrible gifts because she loves him but it's really not a stretch to imagine her not getting him anything in return. Also d…

I'm talking about people in general and you are talking about your small area...yet somehow I'm US centric and your not Dutch centric? Amazing logic 👏

Go ahead and paint a picture of me in your mind based off your feelings. It's seems like it's a universal trait and not something specific to your small corner of the world.

Because modern women don’t want these expensive gifts. They don’t want “love through money” or transactional love. Bro what? looks and status and money. Most women don’t care about these things Bro WHAT?

Disagree that people (specifically young men) choose to put themselves in situations that most perceive as miserable because "its comfortable". Also if you have money, people will want to be around you by default

So you do expect women to be mind-readers? If she asks him what his intentions are and he says something serious is she supposed to think it's a lie? But also women considering men liars until proven otherwise (ei "hoops") is misandry I guess? Women always say stuff like this and sometimes it genuinely makes me wonder if their struggle with nuance is biologically tied Women don't need to assume whatever a man says is a lie OR the truth. That's a good idea but that doesn't change the instinctual love a desire a man has for a woman and family. You'll create a lot more stories of how a person who committed suicide was "the life of the party, always laughing and smiling" etc

Haha hope you both enjoy your meal. One last question if I may, is he on trt now? Doing enough steroids where you reach 300lbs will severely compromise the bodies natural hormone production, it's very hard for most people to go to 0 exogenous hormones both physically and mentally after extensive use.

That's true but I still think the discrepancy is concerning and it also grows over time. The sexlessness isn't much different in the last 3 months but the sexual occurrence gap will be worse in the last 2-3 years

Your links say male virgins grew from 4% to 10% and female virgins grew from 5% to 7%. Even using your numbers male virginity rates have relatively increased 150% in the last decade while female virginity rates have only increased 40%. That means male virginity is increasing 3.75x faster than female virginity. These are not small differences. We can't ignore social stigmas either. Men are incentivized to lie about 'not' being virgins and women are incentivized to lie about being virgins. You don…

Doesn't these studies point towards women having sex with the same few men? The rise of sexlessness in men is growing 3x faster than in women and men are about twice as likely to be virgins than women. How else would you explain this discrepancy? Especially when you consider most men and women are inclined to lie in the opposite direction.

Women of any age now are part of a dual income. No they are not. Most women that age are not married or cohabitating so they have separated incomes I answered No you didn't. My point was that now women heavily participate to paying the bills while still doing housework. Making their overall contribution more valuable. And, because they outearn men, they don’t really need a provider Only young women out earn men and young women do not pay bills or do housework at this stage in their life. I guess, I don’t understand your point. I don’t see why women should spend their money on men. You were comparing how men and women financially contribute to a relationship then mentioned that young women out earn young men. I'm saying that despite those young women out earning men they do not spend their money on men. Young men on the other hand do spend their money on women. I don't think you are consistent with your terminology. You said "primary provider" which implies a secondary provider b…

I never claimed women were overall the providers. I said most men don’t provide anymore. If you are sharing bills you are not a provider, you're a contributor. I really don't care which gender are providers or contributors. My point was that young women do not spend their money on men despite earning more than them. Side note. If a man shares bills makes him a contributo (not a provider) how is it possible that less than 30% of men are "primary providers" like you said earlier? No. That’s a trap…

women between 18-25 outearn men. Those women also don't use their money to provide for a man. I only owe submission to my husband. Yes. It's hard judge absent fathers because they are absent. And it hard to tell which men ditched their kids because... the kids aren't around him lol. It's very easy to judge single mothers because the kids being present will always be a reminder that she is one. Nobody is gonna assume a child free man is child free because he abandoned his kids. No, I've pointed out how making something illegal doesn't automatically make the law effectively enforceable. Especially in the digital sphere where new sites and workarounds appear faster than the law can react.

I think porn is too attached to our society to outright ban it. Also enforcing the ban would be impossible. I suggest raising the age to participate in its creation to 20 or 21 by advocating for "No teens in porn" and then taxing their earnings significantly more than normal.

If it's not my area it's not my problem. I don't visit another person's house and move the pictures on the walls around because I don't like how they have them displayed yk. In your life and social settings, does the majority enjoy being unaccommodating and rigid? No, but I think sometimes they should be less accomodating and…

Invitation under the condition that they won't interact with you is something that I would find strange I understand that but I'm saying I think it is more rude to say "your not allowed to come" vs "you can come but I probably won't interact with you much because I'm going to be occupied" I'm having trouble imagining a scenario where a man would want to listen to taylor swift live, but doesn't have any idea about the conversations these women are talking about relating to her and her songs. Sounds shitty. If it were me I'd either join in the social gathering, or if I truly had nothing in common with them (unusual) I wouldn't go. You don't have to go? The whole point is being polite to your partner and inviting them even if they don't enjoy the event, they are free to decline the invite. why'd he go at all? Seems like he's putting up with an experience he doesn't enjoy for little reason. Because he wanted to listen to taylor swift live? Because his girlfriend wanted him to come? The…

I don't think that's weird. What do you think should happen if a person in a relationship wants to do something the other person doesn't like? Would you tell them they can't come with you? To me that's more rude than not interacting much with them for a little while. Why isn't the man being a friend to the rest of the group? Because the rest of the group does not have much in common with him, he is just there to chaperone them and his girlfriend. A better example might be something along the lin…

You sound like a good guy. You should try and consistently be in an environment where women are there and they have a higher likelihood of caring more about heart rather than looks. There is often women there who genuinely want to help people and they usually genuinely don't care about looks as much as normal. It's not "I will not interact with you" it's "I might not interact with you very much". I don't see the problem with being the background character for a night. In this scenario the boyfriend is with the group but may not interact with the girls much because it's their night not his. /r/PurplePillDebate10/03/25 10:44 PM

Men are not attracted to virgin women I'd disagree with that but perhaps it's a cultural difference “is something wrong with you?” Maybe they think she's lying and is secretly a hoe or former prostitute but if she's generally attractive I don't think most men would have a problem with a virgin woman.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/03/25 10:42 PM

That's some odd behavior from them. Did you happen to become more attractive during this time? Also are you still modest or a slut like your username? lol

/r/PurplePillDebate10/03/25 09:16 PM

However I will say that they are huge in my area, so much so that nearly every man on the dating market will show up on them, and very accurate. That's surprising to me. Where do you view these large groups? Facebook?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/03/25 09:11 PM

appears to be about half and half. Honestly that sounds ridiculous but I'll believe you Also why does it matter? Men are free to join and vet women as well Men don't have as much of a need to vet women this way. If you look at dating statistics by age way more young women are in relationships than young men, which doesn't make sense unless women are dating the same men.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/03/25 09:01 PM

Women have more options than men. Women think they 'deserve' certain treatment and if they don't get it from their partner they are more likely to look elsewhere for it.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/03/25 08:58 PM

I haven't seen that. Surely they are outnumbered 10:1 or so
/r/PurplePillDebate10/03/25 08:52 PM

I'm sure it was group dependent and most groups were fine and properly served their purpose but there were definitely groups that were toxic and harmful. Weren't there also groups that were banned or disbanded? I'm pretty sure this resulted in those same women creating their own apps to continue their agenda.

Ha ha nice try, but it proves that a certain percentage of men are untrustworthy, shit people that women vetted before gambling on sharing a man. This is so obviously true it does not need to be proved. It's the exact same for females but you don't see men creating 'Are we dating the same woman'. Because I’m not giving someone like 40k for a car? You said you didn't have the money for a car. In reality you did have the money but didn't want to spend it on him that way. Well now I want a boyfriend so I have one. I’ve enjoyed fuck buddies in the past. So around the time you were dating the broke artists you wanted a fuck buddy not a boyfriend. Correct?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/03/25 12:19 PM
2

Did you want a boyfriend or a fuck buddy? If you wanted a boyfriend why would you only support them for a year? I don’t have the money to like buy him a car but yeah I’ve been the one who pays for all the trips and dates and buys them clothes and stuff. If you can afford to pay for all their trips, dates, clothes, gifts etc how do you not have enough money to buy them a car?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/03/25 12:08 PM

if I’m honest I wouldn’t be interested in a forever relationship. Then what's the point if you're only willing to support him for a year? It sounds like you want a fuck buddy or boy toy, not a relationship. money kept coming up. From him; not me. I didn’t talk about it unless he did. Sometimes money needs to be talked about. Especially when you have none. I’ll play sugar mama. I’ll support a pretty boy. I’ve done it twice before Damn chick how rich are you? Is it your money or your parents money…

Why would a man want to get into a relationship with a woman who often takes herself on vacations when he can barely afford rent? It would be only a matter of time before their difference of income became an issue

There’s amazingly hot women that have only ever dated two men their entire lives. WHERE? Like seriously, I’ve been lucky enough to have a beautiful woman fall for me and she saw me as so handsome. She literally said “I’m not attracted to anyone else” and she behaved like that, because she’d never even dated anyone else and we were best friends! How did you fumble?

I agree with you but I'd say men's attraction is also relative to some degree. For example if there is 1 pretty woman at the bar and 5 even prettier women walk into the bar most men would say think "wow 6 pretty women are in the bar" But if there is 1 pretty woman in the bar and 10 extremely pretty walked into the bar and you asked the men they would have a higher chance of saying "10 pretty women are in the bar and 1 girl that is decent". If you disagree just make the hypothetical more extreme
/r/PurplePillDebate05/03/25 11:40 PM

at least you admitted that you just made up a statistic Nope didn't do that You can't find the study because the study doesn't exist Ok We didn't poll women 150 years to figure out how happy they were in relationships I wasn't about all time So just to clarify you don't think women choosing to stay single at extremely high rates is an indicator that women aren't happy with alot of their potential relationships? What about the high divorce rates too?

/r/PurplePillDebate04/03/25 07:41 PM

Women are not complaining more than usual. True. Women have always complained alot You also just made it up that women are less happy in relationships nowadays. I didnt make it up and was looking for the study but I can't find it. Do you disagree women's happiness while single is at an all time high?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/03/25 07:40 PM

I tried approaching a cute girl I've seen that walks home at night. I walk behind her just close enough to where she can hear my footsteps to make her aware I'm there then start breathing heavily because I'm nervous and I follow her for awhile building up the courage to take the leap and approach her.... she was walking pretty fast at this point so I had to run to catch up with her and then she pepper sprayed me and called the cops.

So by YOUR metric, no, women don't have high standards at all Ehhh Most women are in relationships, or sleeping around, or will soon be in relationships that they want to be in Women are complaining about dating alot nowadays. /r/PurplePillDebate04/03/25 07:17 AM

Labeling a standard as high or low should be on how common it is and how easily achievable it is for yourself and your partner. An average girl who only wants to date tall rich millionaire famous athletes has astronomically high standards but if Serena Williams had those same standards they would not be considered high standards at all. Do you think you could semi accurately make a list of female standards or do you think it varies too much?

Smaller attraction range, higher standards, lower libido = less variety Women are more likely to get stuck on their "high setting" and compare their current partners with their previous partners and are also more likely to "monkey branch" to what they believe is a better partner. Men want more variety because they are the opposite of what's listed above. Do you think men or women are more likely to ask their partner for a threesome? The answer is obvious.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/25 05:57 AM

Well first of all most women have a smaller attraction range than men. Wouldn't you agree?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/25 07:07 PM

If we exclude the men with little to no standards, I still think men have a much wider attraction range than women. I think most men and women would agree too
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/25 04:50 AM
1

I think even most women would agree that men's attraction range in much wider than women's. Although it may come along with a statement like "all men are dogs" or "men will fuck anything"
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/25 04:15 AM
1

I'm just wondering how wide of a net you think womens desires are. Ofc there is some variance and some women are willing to settle for less than their ideal but it seems we disagree on the amount. Do you think that women's attraction range is way smaller than men's or pretty comparable?

It's impossible to get the majority of men to all agree do something. /r/PurplePillDebate27/01/25 02:12 PM

To some extent, yes. They struggle to pick one they are happy with long term, they do not struggle to get dates. Men initiate and pursue women way more than the opposite. Men are rejected way more than women. Women break up with men more Women initiate divorce more Men are more likely to try and find substitutes for a relationship like... Prostitutes, onlyfans girls, hourly hired girlfriends, realistic sex dolls, AI girlfriends etc
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/25 02:01 PM

I don't think statistics showing historically low marriage rates combined with high divorce rates prove the average man doesn't struggle with dating - if anything it proves they ARE struggling

/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/25 01:15 PM

Then men need to stop doing that and take responsibility for their enabling behaviours. Unfortunately I think it's basically a necessity for dating. Most men already struggle in the dating scene, if they were completely stop spending money on women then their odds would plummet. Just like women are told its their fault for being attracted to muscular men. Haven't heard that 1 b4

I think it can be more difficult to identify golddiggers because men spending money on the woman is usually part of the courting process and an expectation once in a relationship.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/25 12:24 PM

Obviously there are some men who are blind to the obvious signs a woman is a golddigger. Obviously there are things they can do to minimize being used by a golddigger. Are you happy with that response?

Yea I'd probably say you are "nudging her in the right direction" and not "challenging" her. Even if we change "challenging" to "nudging" I still think most women wouldn't pick C. I understand you agreeing with her after a bad breakup but do you think you would eventually "nudge" your friend if you did not have a good boyfriend? Standards can increase the odds of feeling special but if it was just about feeling special for women then it would override any standards they have. I also don't understand how feeling special relates to friendships at all.

/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/24 07:03 PM

That's true but maybe since you have fewer options the options you do have are better/more serious. For example using dating apps I've heard of a few guys taking bad pictures, making a bad profile and seemingly the most important part; listing yourself as short. They obviously don't get many matches but they weren't getting matches anyway lol, but the few matches that happen seem to be of higher quality Just trying to see the bright side of things

Women do the exact same thing. How many women think a man being ugly is a deal breaker? What about short, poor, small dick, non vibrant social life, no status? The VAST majority of them, as in 99% of women. If it was just about feeling special these things wouldn't matter to women Men want to feel special too. That's why men get upset that she made him wait and work for things when she gave it away easily to another man before

/r/PurplePillDebate15/11/24 02:04 PM
1

It's not about what he finds attractive it's about what society finds attractive. A Chad can be into fat chicks but that doesn't make the fat girl a Stacey. I’m 5’6, slim and athletic, straight teeth and good bone structure These are traits society finds attractive. So just to clarify, you do think most of society would consider you quite attractive?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/11/24 01:58 PM

Just cuz ur w him doesn't make you a Stacey Do you think you are equivalent to him attractiveness wise according to society?

Having traits that women find attractive like height, looks, money, confidence etc. Resulting in them being capable of having a high success rate with females. 6'2 is already in the top 10% of male heights, then throw in good looks and he is easily in the top 5% for most women.

The thread is about victim blaming, that's why the title is "Sometimes its okay to blame the victim" and not "Sometimes it's okay to blame women who are raped" Women who have faced sexual assault is the main subject, not the only subject. The post author even used a man getting mugged as an example of victim blaming. Other people have done the same throughout the thread. I said people (men & women) should learn from past experiences to avoid becoming a victim again.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/10/24 08:40 AM
1

I said men AND women should learn from past experiences. I did not say "women should learn their lesson" and I did not say anything that specifically applied to sexual assault either. Twisting my words is pointless
/r/PurplePillDebate24/10/24 08:09 AM
1

I didnt say that but sure, go ahead. Are you gonna stop befriending women once they victimize you too?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/10/24 07:27 AM
1

Okay let's say a friend keeps getting hurt doing the same thing over and over. They are not your patient. Do you still refuse to tell them to be more careful? You just let them continue to hurt themselves?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/10/24 12:07 AM
1

I am saying men and women should learn from previous experiences. If a person repeatedly puts themselves in a situation where they have been a victim before and they continue to be a victim then they are partially at fault too.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/10/24 09:49 PM
1

Why? Maybe because he wanted to explore another culture, idk... Now it’s perfectly fair in my opinion to have certain deal breakers from the past for me that’s alcoholism and drug abuse. And I also think if a man or woman has deal breakers regarding number of sexual partners that’s their choice. My point was that someone who thinks that way is just a bad match for me. Ok gotcha

1

Is it a double standard when most men would be very happy to engage in the same acts they did with the "hotter" girls in the past with their wife but most women wouldn't be willing/happy/excited to do the same with their husbands? Also there are a good chunk of men who actually refuse to go down on women or have sex that solely focuses on the woman until he is married to his special woman. Women generally do the opposite.

Which is more gay? Guy 1 who chooses a conventionally attractive girlfriend to specifically show her off to other males Or Guy 2 who chooses a conventionally unattractive girlfriend because he genuinely finds her attractive and doesn't care what other males think of her

Hoes in different area codes is one thing. So let's say he travels out of state for work once a month, is he okay to bang other girls when he's away? also speaks to a deficit in our home life How? He is still having as much sex both of you want to have together. There is no emotional or romantic attachment with his side chick, all she does is provide additional sexual pleasure and stress relief
/r/PurplePillDebate25/09/24 05:02 AM

Ok so let's say your husband has sex with a female coworker everyday during lunch break. There is a zero percent chance he gets her pregnant or gets an std. Their relationship is strictly sexual and he barely talks to her outside of sex and has zero contact with her in non work hours. Him having sex with her reduces his overall stress significantly and makes him appreciate how amazing you are even more than he already does. Are you okay with your husband continuing this behavior?

Thats only for hookups It's more common for hookups but is still common for relationships. Men have a much wider attraction range than women do. If you made men choose between a 9/10 in looks but he has to put in 10/10 effort to have a relationship with her vs a 6/10 in looks but he has to put in 5/10 effort to have a relationship with her a TON of men would choose the less physically attractive woman

/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/24 07:53 PM

Maybe I'm wrong but I don't think he literally meant "nobody gives a fuck about the fidelity aspect" but meant "the fidelity aspect is WAY less important than the paternity aspect"
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/24 07:50 PM

You sound like a wokie pointing out the extremely rare edge cases when a generalization is made. Is a paternity test inherently a fidelity test? No.... But is it often a fidelity test at the very least by proxy? Yes Most men who get paternity tests are getting them for a reason (paternity). Of course they don't want their girlfriends cheating on them but they REALLY REALLY don't want to raise another man's kid for 18years

Men make it clear that who they’ll masturbate with and who they’ll be seen in public with are two different things True but you still see quite alot of fat chicks with boyfriends irl I think trans porn is pretty popular too That's mostly from porn addiction men have literally killed trans women for sleeping with them without disclosing their transness. Not disclosing it is equivalent to rape

Why does it also happen to couples that spent the majority of their time together and had sex often
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/24 06:05 AM

An average female being sexually attracted to her husband when she’s horny does not at all necessarily mean that she has the same compulsory interest in sex as the typical male. But why does it happen drastically more often for many couples after they get married?

A decently muscular man who is 15% bf is impressive compared to real average people. You spend too much time looking at genetic anomalies online
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/24 02:53 PM

Where did I say that? It was when you quoted the dexa scan website but I just reread what you said specifically and I might have misunderstood you Bulky is also used to describe people with high muscle mass and high fat mass. "And high fat mass" for most men that is over 15%bf
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/24 02:49 PM

18bfp for a lady is impressive but still a realistic goal for many. I figured you'd say around 15% lmao

Entertain me for a second. What bfp do you think you are?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/24 02:39 PM

Dexascans are 98-99% accurate No they aren't lmao. Did you just copy what the Google ai said? Hydrostatic tests aren't even close to that accurate but it's still more accurate than dexa scans 15%bf on an average man is impressive, 15% on a athletic man is normal, 15% on a bodybuilder is fat.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/24 02:22 PM
1

You don't even know what you are arguing. Of course some people look more athletic than others at the same bodyfat? Nobody disagrees with that, it's irrelevant to the conversation. Bulky is a term for bodyfat percentage and caloric surplus not how athletic a person looks, have you never gone on a bulk before? Lmao You are so insecure you can't even engage in a conversation with the possibility of being incorrect so you resort to using your gender as a shield for your fragile ego. I have to quest…

/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/24 01:47 PM
1

Most girls don't even like guys lower than 15% bf, even including most fit girls. Only the very fit girls in the bb industry appreciate men near 10%bf Bulky is a term for bf%. Thats why you go on a "bulk". You really can't be 15% bf and "bulky" ya know

Yes and they only perform slightly better after 200miles
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/24 07:07 PM
1

A lady linked it below, apparently females run about half a percent faster than the men AFTER they have ran 200miles
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/24 06:59 PM
2

Just because women have outpaced men by half a percent per mile AFTER they have ran 200miles does not mean females are better ultramarathoners lol. When you have such niche sports you can't even get a good sample size of men and women. There is a good chance men capable of that level of cardio are doing other more popular sports that pay more but women don't have as many options for sports as men so a higher % of female athletes will be congregated in this specific area.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/24 06:49 PM
1

I think you're thinking of women performing evenly or slightly better than men at a certain stage of extreme endurance sports. Like after running 100miles women will run a certain amount of miles quicker than the men. I think it's not that women perform better than men after running 100miles, it's just that they don't have the same performance decline. ie their performance declines by 13% while men's drops by 15%
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/24 06:32 PM
1

No? I think it will increase the quality of the conversations and have people actually put time attention and effort into a match instead of jumping to the 20 things. I feel we might be misunderstanding eachother here though. Wasn't that the point of your 5 match cap suggestion?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/24 03:35 PM

Yes
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/24 03:28 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/24 03:03 PM

You can maintain a genuine conversation with more than 5 matches at a time and not get people mixed up? You generally aren't having a conversation with all your matches at once. Perhaps 10-15 matches would be excessive if they were all active. You could have a timer for the max amount of time of not engaging with a new match, once the times up you will automatically me unmatched to boost match activity
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/24 03:02 PM
1

Wym?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/24 02:54 PM
1

A 5 match cap seems low to me. Maybe everyone can start at 5matches and you unlock more matches over time. I think a 10-15 match cap would be good. I think users would get annoyed of leaving reviews before unmatching. A star rating system would be better imo. An optional review could be tied to their star rating though. Also I wouldn't allow users who have sent over a certain amount of messages to eachother to instantly unmatch a person. Instead I would have an unmatch "que" that would take 12-2…
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/24 02:35 PM
2

I think the increased match quality would be worth the lower match odds I'd prefer 10% less chance of a match BUT 20% higher quality matches over 20% higher match odds and 10% less match quality

/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/24 07:02 AM

I think that by artificially increasing the selectiveness of men, women will become less selective due to a reduced amount of matches. I understand but I think I disagree. If a chick swipes on a dude when she has limited matches available that means she's seriously interested in him. If she has 5 matches she's interested in then her selection consists of 5 dudes at a time giving each guy who matched with her a 20% chance she favors him over the rest. Also the 5 guys who matched with her all have…

/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/24 04:26 AM

OP claims women get thousands of dates by just logging on. No he claimed its possible for a woman to get thousands of MATCHES not dates, that's a big difference. While it may not be likely, it's 100% possible for a woman to get thousands of matches if she consistently put herself out there. They are gonna go out with every one to filter them? Wouldn’t that take a really long time? It's not hard to filter through dating profiles, just pick the ones you really like that also reciprocate. The real …

What techniques do you use to filter the men who want only sex but say they want a relationship from the ones who actually want a relationship? There is no reliable way to consistently do this over text imo. What you can do is go on dates and get a much better idea in person. How do you tell the difference between someone you click with and someone pretending to click because they want sex? /r/PurplePillDebate07/09/24 02:11 PM

Sometimes you need to die for the greater good. My original point still stands though. In women's fantasies the hot bad boy picks them and gives her everything she wants and in men's fantasies they are sacrificing for others. What's the explanation for this?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/09/24 02:02 PM

Yea
/r/PurplePillDebate07/09/24 01:44 PM

Yes, men fantasize about dying for a just cause
/r/PurplePillDebate07/09/24 01:42 PM

How do you explain the fantasies where they die and get no praise or admiration?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/09/24 01:39 PM

In most mens fantasies they became the hero not for praise or admiration but to beat the evil bad guy. Fantasies where they have an extreme challenge to overcome and they fight tooth and nail to save the people they love, even if it involves sacrificing themselves so they can be proud of themselves is drastically more common then fantasies where they become the hero to get praise and attention from others

I don't think "intimidated" is the right word either but that may be because soo many women call men "intimidated" and "insecure" as an insult that men are automatically closed off to those terms. Are men intimidated by a woman earning more than him? I don't think so. I guess they could possibly be insecure about it but I'm not sure. When I think of a man being intimidated by a woman it's usually when approaching her because she's extremely attractive
/r/PurplePillDebate22/08/24 12:57 AM

I think women have a higher threshold for who they consider good looking but over all care about looks less than men I think that's pretty accurate. Idk if I would say they care "less" about looks than men, well at least significantly less but I would say when looking for a partner it takes up a smaller % of the pie. Women's attractiveness range is much smaller than men's but they are much more willing to step outside of that range if the man's other attributes are good enough. Men have a much l…

men with prestigious high paying careers are not always humble nor would I say they are more humble than women. I think men are often more on the extreme ends of things while women are more in the middle. For example... Who is the most humble person? Probably a man. Who is the least humble person? Probably a man. Most women won't be loudly in your face about how much better her job is and how much she out earns a man but she may constantly do small things to remind you of it

I'll try and lay out my points more clearly A 50/50 gender ratio is NOT optimal because people do NOT behave optimally If people DID behave optimally then a 50/50 gender ratio WOULD be optimal Each gender faces certain issues as a consequence of our current gender ratio A different gender ratio could limit these issues and overall be more beneficial to both sexes
/r/PurplePillDebate21/08/24 02:37 AM
1

It's obviously a made up example to display that 50/50 isn't optimal It seems like you don't really want to engage in good faith
/r/PurplePillDebate21/08/24 01:36 AM
1

If 90% of women want a mate and 100% of men want a mate then automatically 10% of me get screwed BUT if there were 10% more women then it would be possible for every man to find a mate
/r/PurplePillDebate21/08/24 01:28 AM
1

No I'm not, in fact I'm actually doing the opposite. There is a gender imbalance of how many people do or don't want to find a mate. That further proves 50/50 is not optimal
/r/PurplePillDebate21/08/24 01:19 AM
1

Ok I'll change equivalent to acceptable, either way it impacts the likelihood of a person finding a mate
/r/PurplePillDebate21/08/24 01:10 AM
1

Well for 50/50 to be truly optimal then you would need people of both sexes to behave optimally. For example men generally have higher sex drives which leads to them pursuing women more than vice versa, women generally have higher standards, even the difference in amount of homosexuals between sexes will impact the likelihood of a person to find an equivalent mate.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/08/24 01:03 AM
1

Well the people who make up society don't act optimally, if they did then 50/50 would also be an optimal gender ratio
/r/PurplePillDebate21/08/24 12:48 AM
1

But theoretically there is a more optimal alternative

sex in a relationship is better than sex with a hookup That's a big assumption that unfortunately I don't think is as common as you think. Let's assume you are correct though, if sex in a relationship is better than hookups with a fwb... why did she have hookups and fwbs at all?

I guess finding them equally attractive isn't terrible like finding an ex more attractive than your current partner but generally most men want to be their girlfriends #1 ever. /r/PurplePillDebate16/07/24 11:12 PM

I'm not specifically talking about the options in the original post. I asked if body count mattered, you didn't say yes or no but implied all that mattered was love, so I'm asking if body count doesn't matter and only love matters then what's the issue with your man occasionally having consensual sex with another woman when you are unable to as long as he only loves you?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/24 10:15 PM

So you are okay with your man occasionally using prostitutes for sex (NOT LOVE) when you couldn't have sex with him? For example during pregnancy, medical energy, distance, or dead libido?

Trying to save the true feminist goals and perception is noble. Saying you are egalitarian is easier than explaining yourself when people wrongfully assume something about you but if everyone switched to claiming egalitarian it would probably only be a matter of time before that perception was destroyed by extremists again. I think most women nowadays who would call themselves true feminist deny labels all together and say they just want equality.

"Another way to get it" I've only heard women say things like this. I don't think men generally think masturbation is a substitute for sex

That doesn't necessarily mean they'd have a higher sex drive. Generally yes it does, female athletes and trans men have repeatedly shown increased libido when taking test Women aren't little men. We are different. I didn't say they were the same When they gave gay men testosterone they just turned into Hornier gay men. So your saying testosterone increases sex drive They didn't magically turn straight. That would mean the cause for attraction to females isn't testosterone related. I never said i…

Are men willing to wife up every attractive women they see? No Does he see multiple women a day that are attractive enough to wife up? Yea The "only for sex" zone based on looks isn't very big

If they can get a super hot woman then they aren't delusional Staying in a country filled with women with high standards and expecting an attractive partner with good personality is delusional, that's why they became passport bros

Idk why people are having a hard time understanding you. It's completely reasonable to want to be your partners number 1 choice

Why would a man want to be with her after that?

She tried to get Chad, couldn't secure him and settled for you...why should any man be okay with that?

You aren't supposed to make personal remarks. My apologies All you have is literal bias. How is it bias? what is masculinity to you? I asked you first

An example is a husband and wife eat lunch at home before going out to an event and don't get back home until late at night. They get home and the wife is upset that their is dirty dishes in the sink and on the table from lunch earlier in the day. She wants them cleaned and put away now but the husband is tired after being out all night and says he will do the dishes tomorrow morning. The husband heads to bed but the wife remembers she hates seeing dirty dishes in the morning so she does the dis…

We are messy and basically over grown teenagers. At least you're self aware You talk like you have 0 relationship experience, and all you learned about sexual/romantic relationships is from the internet. Classic. Don't engage with anything specific, don't provide anything of value, put the other person below you by acting like you know more than them when you have no basis to do so. If I cut my hair short and start only wearing baggy clothes would that make me more horny??? It sounds like your e…

The signs for what? Love isn't predictable. People will hurt eachother. You can be in love without being blinded by it. If you've had your heart broken more than once you should be able to see the signs. I don't even know why I have to explain that to you. Honestly is hilarious that you are a lesbian but think a lesbian wearing male clothes and sitting a specific way makes them masculine. Maybe you've been around more straight girls than me but apparently you've dodged the masculine lesbians, ma…

Of course they want super hot women? Most people want a super hot partner? Passport bros would still be a thing even if they couldn't get the super hot girls

Maybe I went to the wrong churches but I've never seen a church girl actually want a stereotypical church boy. In fact I've literally seen all the single girls at a church agree to not date any of the guys at the church, why? Because they viewed the church guys as (I hate to use this word) as nerdy betas.

cry over ratty men. Hate to be that guy but if it's a reoccurring problem maybe your girlfriends just like bad boys? If not why are they so bad at choosing a partner? Can't they see the signs? You have a point about the women here not being normal but I'd also argue your perspective is skewed because your a lesbian. I think lesbians attraction range and libido is probably closer to men's than regular women, especially masculine lesbians. Men literally only see young women as attractive. Past 30 …

I completely disagree and would argue it's not just a difference of opinion but actually incorrect. I think men's attraction range is way bigger than women's. How many times have you seen women on this very sub say they only see a guy they are attracted to a couple times a month? Men see women they are attracted to daily. Women say most men are NPCs that they don't even know exist while most men say most women are attractive. Maybe women go outside their attraction range more than men but even t…

Let me ask a question to clarify... Do you think the average man's attraction range is about the same as women's? A bit bigger or smaller than women's? Or significantly bigger or smaller than women's?
