Caveman is where you take what you want in an animalistic way.

There is no canned line. Just introduce yourself and maybe talk about something you like about her. Hey, I'm dakkeh. I like your scarf a lot.

Not even sure if this was a good story or not, your writing style is a chore to read.

Confidence is about not doubting your abilities. It's assurance in yourself. You get it by putting yourself it unknown situations. You need experience to properly judge yourself. If you find out something about yourself that you don't like, you change it. There is no shame in realizing your faults and correcting them. And in that regard, confidence is about working on yourself.

Nobody here is suggesting being a different person, or to not act like yourself. The trick is being comfortable with who you are, and realizing the best version of yourself. Going out and talking people and faking confidence are supposed to get you out there to explore yourself in new experiences.

Rightly so nothing. Just because you'd fuck anything that walks on two legs doesn't mean females are a shoe in. Again, stop blaming others.

Long story short, because it's not some sort of conspiracy, it's just the way the culture has evolved.

First off, stop blaming women, it's not their fault, and harboring resentment towards them will only hurt your chances in the future. When people say to fake confidence, they just want you to play a character to feel comfortable doing things you wouldn't normally do. The goal isn't for you to constantly be faking yourself, the goal is for you to see that it's okay out side of your comfort zone, and that's what gives you confidence.

Hey jinbaittai, The cat you got the joy of snuggling is amazingly cute! Is it yours? If not, we might have to go steal it together sometime. dakkeh

A majority of people can be cute provided it's clear that they care about their appearance.

Oh man, suit in a dive bar. Yes. You don't even have to try. "Why are you all dressed up? I knew you'd be here."

A lot of people don't know their number of the top of their head. That, or she wanted to swap numbers.

Be bold. I've lost attraction for being too timid far more often than for being too forward. Holy shit. Yes. Thank you for this.

Honestly, it's really a cultural thing. Here in Wisconsin you're anything but normal if you're at a bar and not drinking.

That's definitely fair enough to say. But as long as you're genuine and don't act so shocked about it, you should be safe.

Sounds like you have confidence issues... People dress nice, or take good care of their hair because it makes them look better. If you did your hair, then yes, it will have looked better then when it wasn't. That doesn't mean it was bad before. Just take the compliment :)

I agree, you kind of roam off-topic quite a bit. You might want to watch for that when you converse with people in the future. Other than that, I really admire your perseverance, solo game can be hard. Keep at it, I look forward to hearing more.

Try taking your hand and grabbing the hair in the back of your head to practice what hurts and what doesn't.

Yeah, the mood is that you guys are making out and feeling each other up. This totally does work, I use it myself too!

Serious props. If I'm not in state, nothing is going to happen, but this guy just plows through.

It's just a small way to DHV him. For example, let's say he's in a set and signals you over. Join up and buy him a drink, instant DHV/social proof.

"Whoa, put those things away, we don't even know each other yet. I'm dakkeh."

Yeah man, that's something I learned fast. The only time you should buy drinks is for yourself, or for your wing to make him look good.

If you were at a bar, I'd suggest standing instead. It gives you a lot more freedom to interact with people. Of course, that's only if they're standing too.

The bottled water in the closet idea x1000. I pretty much can't function without water after sex.

Well put, the signs are there just go for it. Do you have any particular tatics you like? I tried triangle gazing to get the idea in her head, but ultimately don't act, seems like I need a better excuse then just going in randomly, which can be a turn off.

Wow, well written FR. I still have trouble K-closing early, but it clearly pays off. Also, the middle of your story gave me half chub...

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
