It's not really that, for me it's essentially the same thing as reading /r/tumblrinaction, but /r/theredpill is the opposite extreme of the spectrum. I wouldn't say I believe that I'm superior to you guys, I just find you funny that's all.

There's no algorithm. It's her and her team looking for alphas. Even if there was an algorithm, all you do is lie and you get around it. What's to stop me saying i'm 6'5" with a 14 inch dick, a 7 figure salary, 4 olympic gold medals, and a nobel peace prize?

I'm not surprised, I don't know why but keto on reddit is a lot like a cult. I mean, it's just a diet but people get really fucking fanatical about it and I just don't see why. Any time I say anything bad about keto, even when I source everything I say (granted I didn't this time, sue me I'm lazy) I get downvoted pretty heavily.

I did. Everything I found said keto and paleo are bullshit gimmick diets.

Because there's nothing to support the idea that any kind of low carb diet is better for you than a normal diet, and on top of that keto is worse than other low carb diets. It's simply the popular fad diet right now.

Keto's a gimmick diet, only use it if you don't have the necessary self-control to adhere to a normal diet. It's straight up inferior to a more balanced diet at equivalent caloric restriction.

As for your other nonsense, common sense and common experience obviates the need to google for further info. Nice, so as long as it sounds good to you you'll believe without question but if you disagree you'll check it out. Nice illustration of confirmation bias in action right here. Look man, I wasn't trying to insult you or anything, I was just trying to point out why your line of thinking is flawed. So you're saying I can make any assertion I want and the onus is on others to prove me wrong rather than on me to prove myself right? Nice, time to put this to work. You are an uneducated fedora wearing neckbeard with an IQ of 24 and a bodily odor that rivals an Indian public toilet. Chickens are mammals, the Earth is flat, women are objectively more intelligent than men, and Australia is upside down. Damn, this is fun!

There is no such thing as an 'Alpha man' or a 'Beta man', Alpha and Beta as they are used by TRP are simply terms to classify certain behaviors, someone who exhibits more 'Alpha' behaviors could be referred to as an 'Alpha male' colloquially, but that does not mean that the concept of an 'Alpha Male' has any scientific basis. They have no place in a legitimate scientific study because the way they are used in TRP has no basis in science (unless you would care to point me to something that proves…

A female must learn motherly instincts from her mother. Makes no sense. You can't learn an instinct, that is a contradiction in terms. If you have to learn, it's not an instinct. If it's instinctual, you don't have to learn it.

That quote represents an ideal, a far off goal that is to be implemented only when society has changed to the point that 'labor becomes life's prime want' (according to marx). It's not an accurate representation of any kind of real life socialism that might be implemented today, even Marx says that initially workers are to be compensated based in some part on how much they work. What he has given to it is his individual quantum of labor. For example, the social working day consists of the sum of…

Basically it frames the conversation differently. If Rockefeller goes to Vanderbilt, he's the new guy going to the well-established guy asking for help. In that sense he's just one more face in the crowd. This gives Vanderbilt a psychological edge, as it's clear to both parties that Rockefeller wants something from Vanderbilt, so Vanderbilt can hold that over Rockefeller's head as leverage. On the other hand, if Vanderbilt goes to Rockefeller, the situation is reversed. The established guy is go…

Has been around for a long time - Arnolds mentor developed it (I think). He didn't develop it but it's based on his program. This is what you're thinking of: http://www.gym-talk.com/reg-park-5x5-routine/ Note that phase 1 of the program is almost exactly SL 5x5 but then it gets more intense.

Switching from leg press to squats won't. I get what you're saying but this is a pretty terrible illustration of your point. Leg presses are essentially one of the worst lifts out there (they do very little for you) while squats are amongst the best. With this specific example you will actually see an immense impact on your overall strength. But yea, most others it's not huge. Oh and your 5x5 routine is great for increasing strength, but if you're a hobby lifter who just wants to pack on muscle …

I've always found steak very difficult to fit into my macros because different steaks vary so much in terms of weight and fattiness, even if they're the same cut. For this reason I've basically abandoned steak as a staple food (though obviously I still eat it from time to time because it's fucking delicious) and replaced it with ground beef, which is much easier to track. You're misunderstanding me. The objective is to become skilled enough at casual conversation that you CAN do so with ANYONE. From the lazy fat janitor to the hot girl who caught your eye. Yes, I'm not disagreeing with this part. I'm saying that the way you might go about realizing this objective will differ for different people. It's a matter of priority. If it's a high priority, talk to more people, if it's not, don't. That's not what I meant by priority. Anyone can talk to a few people without…

It will take more energy for them to socialize but it's energy well spent. Sure, but you have to prioritize. You can't just go talking to everyone if you know that it'll have an adverse effect on your productivity for the rest of the day. It might work fine for some people, for others it's simply not viable. Instead they might have to just talk to a few people in circumstances where they feel it might be particularly beneficial, instead of absolutely everyone.
/r/TheRedPill08/11/14 05:25 PM

It's not a matter of learning. Introverts can socialize very easily, the problem is simply that doing so is tiring or mentally draining. Talking to everyone you meet as OP describes would leave an introvert mentally exhausted in a very short amount of time.

If you think violence was justified in this situation then you have a lot to learn, because escalating a non-violent situation to one of violence is a sign of mental weakness and insecurity. learning martial arts and self defense. Both of which teach you never to use them except in defense of yourself or others. Are you even thinking about what you're saying?

I have seen no attempt by feminists to identify this historical event. You're implying that they care about what is real and what is fantasy. Their goal is not to discover what is true and what is false, or else they would be called scientists (social/behavioral scientists probably). They have constructed a narrative that they feel is acceptable and now they are trying to find evidence to support that narrative. I literally have never heard of anyone, on the internet or otherwise, holding this view point before reading this, and I frequent places like /r/tumblrinaction so it's not like I'm not completely naive when it comes to SJW/radfem bullshit. I'm sure they exist, but I wouldn't point to this specific viewpoint as something that's becoming common. We're talking about a tiny minority within a minority (radfems/militant feminists).

If you maintain it for any length of time it will have SERIOUS negative repercussions on your health. Bodybuilders will cut to around 2% immediately before competitions and will immediately bulk back up afterwards. Pravus is most likely talking out his ass, or else he's at something like 5% and thinks he's lower than he actually is (it's very difficult to accurately measure bodyfat percentage at such low percentages)

I've never gone full keto but paleo and low carb have done wonders for my energy levels. Generally when this happens on a low-carb diet it's indicative that you have some sort of gluten intolerance. If that's the case, you don't have more energy than most people, you've gone from below normal (which you previously considered normal) to normal (which seems high compared to what you're used to). Know why? Because keto is bullshit, and has been proven to be bullshit. It works, yes, but it's suboptimal and straight up inferior to a more balanced diet (and even to other low-carb diets). You lose more weight and retain more lean mass on a normal diet at equivalent caloric intake. It's the cross-fit of dieting. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16685046 http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22935440 http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19439458 I can point you to more sources if you like.

What do you think will happen when a flight attendant sees the call light, peeks her head around to look at the aisle, and sees another flight attendant there? If things happened as she described then I would say it's sexual assault. You can argue that consent doesn't need to be verbal, ie that you can assume consent from physical actions (for example, if a girl strips naked, pushes you into her bed, then rips off your pants, you can be pretty sure consent is implied even if she doesn't say a word), but in this case, from her description, she lay there and did nothing. On its own, you can't interpret a lack of action as consent. If this had been a boyf…

Can't speak for this show, but I know judge judy uses real cases. Both parties are generally given a certain amount of money for appearing on the show, and then any fine or whatever that the judge issues comes from that amount. So for example, both get paid $500 for appearing on the show, judge finds in favor of person A and fines person B $300, A gets $800 and B gets $200.
