Exactly. And when you remind them of these things, they're going to ask the same question. "What the hell does that have to do with dating?' lol

What the hell does the FIFA cup, Pokemon, or the NFL have to do with anything in your post. Weird.

Oh Hai Claude! If we want to argue with copy/paste buffers we'll let ya know. Was searching for human intelligence in your response, but alas there is none.

How dare I make a human mistake like misspelling a word. 😜👌 I don't need AI t replace critical thinking, and certainly don't need to waste my time further with someone who does. What do you actually expect get out of this? Is it just fun to see if you can win without thinking? Let me introduce you to my autoignore list. Back to your xbox kiddo. I won't see any more replies so don't waste any more if our planets resources. 😜

Yeah ok listen Claude, if I want to argue with a copy/paste buffer I'll let you know. I'm interested in actually human intelligence here, but there appears to be none. Good job leaving out the emdashes though. 😜👌

PIED is real, but you're running it backwards. The research shows correlation between heavy porn use and sexual dysfunction. It does not show that women having OnlyFans accounts causes that use. Men were consuming pornography obsessively long before a single woman posted a thirst trap. If PIED is your evidence, it indicts Pornhub's library from 2005, not the "objectification economy" you've been building a case against this whole thread. exploits an evolved biological drive using a digital count…

You keep building more elaborate structures on a foundation you won't defend. Who decides where on the spectrum the "objectification economy" lands? You do, conveniently. Alcohol has measurable addiction rates and documented public health costs that justify regulation. You haven't shown comparable data for OnlyFans, you've just asserted it belongs near the predatory end because it feels that way to you. That's not an argument, that's vibes with a sociology textbook open nearby. The whale mechani…

Your drug dealer analogy falls apart immediately. A drug dealer is selling something that chemically hijacks your brain and creates physical dependency. A woman posting pictures is not dopamine engineering, she's just posting pictures. The guy choosing to subscribe is a grown adult with a bank account and a password. If we're holding sex workers to drug dealer standards, we have to hold McDonald's to the same standard for targeting people with food addiction. You don't actually believe that, so …

You make a fair point and then kind of contradict yourself in the same post. "Men hit the gym after a breakup and it works." Thats behavioral activation. Thats a recognized therapeutic modality. So the gym IS therapy, you just described it. Which means your actual argument isnt that men dont need therapy, its that men respond better to certain styles of it. And honestly? Most therapists already know this. Good ones adjust accordingly. The Bertha Pappenheim thing is interesting history, but its n…

Bro you're literally proving the opposite of what you think. Who's buying tge OnlyFans subscriptions? Who's throwing money at thirst traps? Men are. So either men are mature and in control of their wallets, or they're getting "ripped off" by women they chose to pay. Can't be both. Also "women" is not one person. The girl saying don't objectify me and the girl with an OnlyFans are not the same girl making some coordinated announcement. You're arguing with a group like they had a meeting. And ther…

You've defined social skill as bluntness, then concluded men are more socially skilled because they're blunter. That's circular. The actual definition of social skill involves reading the room, building rapport, navigating conflict, and achieving interpersonal goals without unnecessary collateral damage. By those measures the research pretty consistently favors women, not men. The honesty angle is also backwards. Adjusting your delivery based on context and audience IS a social skill. A doctor w…

By your logic, anyone who prefers Pepsi over Coke while also supporting antitrust law is a hypocrite, because both are "free market outcomes." But that's obviously wrong, because personal preference and systemic policy operate at completely different levels. One is a choice you make with your own life. The other is a set of collective rules that govern everyone whether they consented to them or not. Your boss's compensation decisions affect your wages, your healthcare, your ability to organize. …

Wow incredible post, you've cracked the code that has eluded feminist scholars, sociologists, and literally everyone who has studied gender for the past century. They were so close but kept forgetting to check whether women secretly love the thing they say they hate. Rookie mistake honestly. And you're right that "benefits from a system" and "secretly loves the system" are the same thing, that's just basic logic, which is why every Black American who cashes a government check is secretly a fan o…

Two pretty different things are getting smooshed together here. "Having kids is bad for women" and "women get the short end compared to men" aren't the same point and the post kind of needs both to be true but only really argues for one of them. The benefits column is the real problem though. One bullet that says "might be okay sometimes" and then moving on isn't an argument, it's just ignoring the counterargument. Loads of women across totally different cultures and income levels say parenthood…

Her point seems to be that she's either a prostitute, or trying out the role.
