Look up the effects that physical fitness has on your wellbeing because it sounds like you’re not the type to have experienced them firsthand. Also using an analogy that doesn’t even apply doesn’t help your point. Of course hitting weights in the gym won’t make you a better fighter, but I can guarantee if you have two fighters of equal skill and they both have the same exposure in boxing training yet one ALSO hits weights then I can tell you who has a much better chance of winning the fight betw…

There’s a difference between being honest and being mean. Don’t be mean but stop trying to make everyone like you because that’s a limiting belief. In the end being a people pleaser your whole life will turn you into that bitter old person lol. Have your boundaries and be honest with yourself and with others.

Ok so sounds like you’ve got #1 under control so far. #2 You mentioned you competed in martial arts which takes huge amounts on discipline. Take that same mentality and apply it to everyday tasks. Start with small and try to get into the habit of keeping your word. #3 Ever notice how old people say things that would make you gasp and they just don’t care? There’s a reason for that...they’ve experienced enough life to know that what others think of you doesn’t matter because life is short and som…

Have you considered taking up something more contact like Muay Thai or Boxing? Also would suggest watching YouTube fight videos of average people in street fights, that might give you an idea of what to expect.... no hand eye coordination, wild movements, exposed face, and max endurance of about two minutes.

I assume you’ve never competed? Start sparring if you have the option. It’ll let you slowly get over the fear, in a controlled environment. The more you get hit, the less of a deal it will be and soon you’ll find that it’s not that frightening because you’ve been in this situation 100 times before and you’re still ok.

Let me give a different perspective as I’ve been in your shoes. I went my whole life looking for outside validation and thinking that’s what builds confidence. If everyone else thinks I’m good looking and attractive and that I have value then that means that will spark confidence in me right? WRONG! Confidence is earned within yourself. The fastest route to confidence is to stay true to what you tell yourself. For example; if you say I’ll wake up a little earlier to work out tomorrow and when to…

Yes, It definitely relinquishes the thought of “that’s impossible for me” as well as makes you realize that there’s so much more to a woman than her looks. I personally can’t fathom how someone can have a “trophy wife”. Looks fade but personality is forever. A relationship based of physical attraction alone is def not healthy. At the time of the breakup I wanted to die but now I’m grateful I had both the good and bad experiences.

Can confirm everything in this post to be true. A few years ago I landed a 10/10 looks wise but eventually lost her a few months later because I was needy and she lost interest. Through those few months I learned so much and it actually made me a better man. It’s amazing to see how people treat you differently with a woman like that on your arm, some good and others not so much. Expect a lot of competition from other men and (sadly) even some of your own friends drooling over them.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
