| 1 | Don't overtrain. (Applies to more than just your muscles.)Yea, ate close to 4000 kcal a day, i would do hot/cold showers, lots of foam rolling (good god that helped) and get sport massages every once in a while if i could splurge. | /r/TheRedPill | 18/01/15 09:42 PM |
| 6 | Don't overtrain. (Applies to more than just your muscles.)Thats why the number would vary, depending on recovery rate. I learned the hard way, it lead to an injury that cost me my competitive career. | /r/TheRedPill | 18/01/15 09:05 PM |
| 9 | Don't overtrain. (Applies to more than just your muscles.)Over training isn't bullshit. Any one who seriously competes in ANY sport has probably overtrained several times through out their life. Try running 6-10 miles a day, 2 hours of boxing, including drills, sparring, bag work, 2 hours of brazilian jiujitsu and then strength and agility work outs. | 1 | Fat Loss ChecklistI am a large proponent of ketogenic diets, personally found it a bit more difficult than most diets to find proper nutrition for, but the results were outstanding. Lost almost 20% body fat while putting near equivalent mass in muscle over 5 month span. Roughly stayed around the 195 mark +/- 5 lbs. From close to 35 % bf to hovering around 15% | /r/TheRedPill | 16/01/15 06:23 PM |
