I'll go a step further and say don't imagine it either. Focus on the present, don't get wound up in some mental fantasy. Focus on the sensations, your own body. You're mentally present during sex, so you should be when you're rubbing one out.

Hey man, I was close to your build and height after a summer of rowing before I went to college (5'11", 143 lbs). I put on 20 pounds in 8 months after I stated going to the gym. Just eat a ton of food without sugar (that includes white bread!), and aim for every other day. I started with starting strength, it was excellent. Let me know if you have any questions.

Devils advocate here, a lot of standards are to showcase work-ethic and dedication. If a woman has the same difficulty getting to 10 pull-ups as men have to getting to 20, then so be it. Not even 3 is brutal though.

I'm pretty sure hydrogen peroxide just cleans, not disinfects. You'd need rubbing alcohol for that.

Well said. I consider myself reasonably attractive, and very fit. I'm in university right now, and girls wouldn't pay attention to me in early years because I wasn't popular. Now I've made a lot of friends who I run into on campus, I'm always saying hi to them, and getting nods back. This is like an aphrodisiac to a girl, it sounds so stupid to people who don't understand it, but once I got a large social network, trimmed down my facebook/Instagram to the essentials, girls started showing more i…

Not OP, but within a week I noticed a difference. Two weeks after I cut porn I would get it up no problem

Hey man, I went through a similar experience and the best thing I recommend is no fapping for two weeks and then consider getting a flesh light. Two weeks of abstaining will be the hardest thing you'll ever do, but stick with it and in two weeks you'll feel so much better about yourself. Fleshlight or hand with generous lube is what I use now, and I avoid porn and arousing content as much as I can. No porn, focus on the sensations and don't imagine anything in your mind when you do it

I use coconut or olive oil, cant really taste it if you drink it relatively quickly.

Porn and death were mutually exclusive. I couldn't even get it up reliably when I was a regular porn user. Once I cut porn, I could get it up fine but I couldn't climax. Once I stopped jerking it dry and switched to a fleshlight, I could climax during sex.

actually I had cut porn 3 weeks prior to when I realized I couldn't climax, it was only when I started using the fleshlight I regained my sensitivity. Either way cutting out porn is the best thing I can recommend to anyone in terms of helping their attitude towards women, and their general confidence.

Not sure what you mean, but I couldn't come from sex until I abstained for a month until I got my flesh light, now I have no problems. I also cut porn which helped a ton

I don't really care to be honest. I keep it locked down from outsiders and am pretty selective with friends

You're ultimately right, but you have I understand that Facebook is medium of group communication for schoolwork, friend groups etc. I can't avoid it, but I never post anything. I only use it for messaging and groups.

And you know that the people who created those and put them up have probably not read the case, and aren't open to any evidence in his favor.

I did rowing for two years, hardest thing I've ever done to this day.

Yeah you could have said less derogatory things and still held frame. Lesson learned I guess, I would have said "fine I'll rub one out tonight," or "not with that attitude" to when she threatened no sex. As much as I like the redpill mindset, it's easy to take it too far.

Man you probably didn't have to go that far to embarrass her in front of the Uber driver or the Anal line in front of everyone in the bar. You made her feel ridiculous already with telling her that her behaviour was inappropriate and then getting that dude to mess with her.

That's funny because originally Feminism was all about giving women choice and not being shamed for that, which includes what your plate coming over to your place. New Feminism is a whole different animal.

Watch your brain on porn, I don't necessarily recommend Nofap in its entirely, but cut the porn and focus on your life

This is an informed comment, just one thing. My longest streak was for 2.5 whole months before I caved, and I can tell you it isn't a flatline, it's more of a "zen," you're not focused on banging chicks all the time and you can have your mind clear from sexual thought. It's great, I think it helps to reinforce the abundance and amused mastery mentality. It doesn't strip your arc drive from what I found, just made you less desperate. It also cured my delayed ejaculation and problems with porn ind…

It's a shit test. My favourite responses to this are "Why, do you need blowjob tips?" And "No, why are you?"

But good looking vs ugly, you can't workout to make your face pretty. That's why they get jealous and hateful. Sure you can see chad at the gym and say "man I want to work hard so I can look like that." The reality is no one can make themselves look pretty by working hard. I can't chisel my jawline, make my nose look smaller or make my eyes nicer by lifting weights. But I can become more confident and athletic. Women have so much pressure on their appearance and how pretty they are. That's why t…

To get more fit? Sure, but the amount of effort and strict dieting to get anywhere close to where he is is incredible and you have to put you body through so much to get there. When you are trying to pack on muscle with 8% body fat it's emotionally and physically draining and you feel like shit because you can't eat as much as you'd need to feel healthy.

That's not a fair statement. Women were raped and beaten by their husbands back then but no one cared, and they were too scared to speak up. Now the power has flipped and a woman's word holds more weight than a man's in an accusation.

Ok so transgender is something I'm sensitive about. Someone close to me has a sibling who went through a sex change so I really understood what they were going through. It's terrible, it's absolutely horrifying to see how they're treated. That post that was so praised here about the gay woman who decided to live as a man for an extended period of time, she had to go to therapy because of how messed up she was trying to live as a man. It's something like 41% of trans commit suicide because they c…

Elite daily is spits the most blue-pill propaganda I've ever seen online. It's social pornography for women and empowering for blue pill males. People who have at least some red-pill knowledge should be able to see past the "utopia" and that AWALT.

Are you kidding? I bet very few women in porn enjoy what they're doing. Yes it's their choice and they can leave when they want but they are working in a field where the joy is being taken out of an intimate act. It's probably incredibly humiliating to be a girl in porn.

People like their kinks in bed to get sexual satisfaction. Women like to be emotionally satisfied in other ways.

Really? This is anecdotal. And from the huffington post. There are different types of girls. Some love the slow caressing and intimate touching while others LOVE more aggressive methods. It depends on the girl, I don't understand why this column suddenly makes you realize all girls want this.
