5	Same question, do you think that replacing by vaginas the very few dicks that govern would change anything per se? Or there must be something else to take into account? Not in the long term because men are biologically more attracted to positions of power, staying on the top usually means making big sacrifices in family life and devoting most of your time to your profession.
