Start keeping tracking of the number of hours they are on the call with each other or check the call history on the phone. I am doing some reading but this seems like a heated issue that is being heavily politicized and it’s hard to find an unbiased source, especially about whatever happened at Tavistock. I offer hear the terms you used in the US to imply that gender affirming care in the US includes sexual reassignment surgery for children which is patently false. Source US and a few other countries are pretty bad when it comes to STEM field gender distribution, but we are among the worst.
