Texas allows "at fault" divorce AND not so long ago, 2012 I think, changed paternity law to allow "mistaken paternity" to be grounds for removing child support. "At Fault" divorce with DNA evidence of infidelity would be grounds to reduce alimony and getting an order isn't that hard when you can say to a judge, I was gone for two months and she's turned up four weeks pregnant.
