I don't do research on lifting I go to a gym and have friends who lift/have been lifting for a while. You on the other hand have literally proven yourself to be completely ignorant about weightlifting and, moreover, have proven how pathetic you are. My dad is from Poland and lived on a farm and came into a gym for the first time ever pretty much and put up more weight than people who lift for years. When I go visit the homeland the people there are very similar. You may be thinking of country people in general but not farmers.
