2	Observations on Eliminating artificial sugar from Diet. I throw in the highland games. So beyond powerlifting and strongman, it's as strength heavy as a sport gets. Research on keto in general is lagging quite a bit. It'll be some time before much serious research is done regarding its application to strength sports.
