4	The Real Reason You're Not Getting Laid I am just very shy, and have pretty bad social anxiety. I essentially avoid social situations with men because of this. I essentially talk myself into every possible reason why I can’t go on the date. For example: I should be doing homework, this guy is XYZ, He might be a serial killer. Anxiety is a bitch and has been controlling me for my whole life. I am just now starting to force my way out of it.
