I really think that's what makes life so interesting. Pursuing your goal, figuring out who you are and finding your place in universe. Aligning with your soul and discover unconditional love. Give credit where credit is due, your mom has raised you and sacrificed a lot of her own life and she probably tried her best but just like it's not easy for a father to raise a daughter, it probably wasn't easy for her either. Thanks man I always tried to forget about it but now i realize she was doing the…

Its just an amazing time to live right now. All this bundled information and freedom to get any information everywhere is just unbelievable. You can learn from the greatest achievers in life and you are able to join groups and like minded people like MGTOW on reddit. Now its time to take action. but learn to be selfish and take care of yourself first. Being selfish forces you to focus on your needs and desires instead of everybody else's. That's the point man... I used to be a people pleaser, …

Man i really feel like ordering a poster with your name on it, you are giving me ideas I never thought about! I might sound really stupid but i had a decent smile while reading that! Just realized it's really an adventure. And I really did not think about he might not know me. This is so exciting 😊 Just researched a bit and might have found a DNA company which works in Russia. Looking forward to finishing my exams quickly and then take that adventure. I hope law of attraction leads me to the cor…

I dont know, it's just that feeling of pain and emptiness I want to fill with doing sports and it just works out. Build muscles gave me more confidence and it helps me alot. But I understand your message. Don't do it because you compared yourself with other people and want to reach their state, do it because you want to challenge yourself and test your limits.

Do you have any suggesting where to find likeminded people and mentors? I always used Instagram and it worked quite well, met with a few people and stayed friends.

I watched a video lately of elderly mentioning things they regret in their life. And one important things was "not giving a fuck what other people think and just be authentic". I guess thats the point. Thanks Gibits!

yea man, testosterone is the thing. I am eating brazil nuts and take zinc supplements which improved my overall mood and confident drastically. Have you heard about semen retention and nofap? Also boosts testosterone like a rocket. Stopped lifting weight due to time difficulites because of high school exams, but I really need to go back. Thanks man!

Traveling alone to develop self love and enjoying your time in solitude. Going to bars to hang out with men and even talking to girls to face your fear Teaching dancing, I don't know. I guess that might be useless.

if you stay in a group for a long time, you adopt their character traits. Its a biological instinct. Thanks man!

feeling the taste of true power. Experiencing what it is like to make people fear you and cower... Experiencing what it is like to beat the fuck out of someone in a fair fight. I fucking like that. Thanks! Its a great blessing you had an extremely masculine man

I think it's one of the most useless hobbies in the world. Killing dears just to satisfy yourself? Nah man

Yeah man, even here in Germany you have to pay attention. But otherwise therapists in Germany are great though. Most of them are professors and clinical doctors who skip the soft part and go straight to the deep psychological analysis Thank you!

I understand your message. I was quite unhappy with life a few months ago and realized I was dealing with stuff I did not really enjoy. Since then I am quite aware of my feelings (thanks to meditation) and know whether I am on the right path or not. Now I only do things which fulfill me. Go to the gym not to be manly, go to the gym becaus you want to go tp the gym for yourself. I want to go the gym for myself, because I want to be manly. Its like that

@DrFeelFantastic is actually right. At least therapists in Germany are really great. Just on your first appointment you do a really deep psychological analysis and your lifes will get upside down. You start to recognize all your deep blockades and you are instantly able to dissolve them. Fucking read. Yeah man, after I read Rich Dad Poor Dad I started personal development and life growed day by day

Thanks man. I have already cut social media like facebook and Instagram. Its just a platform to portray your unreal life where you just filter all positive moments in order to show up. People compare themselves and get depressed. I started to meditate 2 years ago and I am quite thankful someone told be about it. Thank you again!

He lives in russia and I can't understand that language very well. Seems like I need to learn it. There is also some kind of uncertainty whether he even wants to meet me or not. Otherwise I would not understand why he left my mother and got back to russia. And know that women lie about the dads and make excuses... Most guys are pretty decent and would be very pleased to hear from you as would their entire families.. Yeah man, my mother never told me anything about him. Not even his name. I don't…

I've actually read some articles, but not that often. I think they often beat about the bush and it takes long to read. But otherwise its a great source of personal development

yeah man, I guess that's just a natural instinct. If I had a female therapist I would not be able to explain all my challenges because my biological mind would trick me into saying other things

Thanks man, really appreciate it. Just realized there is a martial art academy a few blocks away, will definitely try it. I am still struggling to find people with same interests, like personal development, growth and sports. I do have a quite great amount of friends, but none of them would think mentoring or something like that would be interesting. However I watch a lot of youtube videos about growth, sports and masculinity and they are like mentors for me. If there would be a mentor near …
