Rule of thumb: it is largely accepted to date people who are ((your age/ 2) + 7) up to ((your age - 7) * 2). A 40 year old can date as young as 27, a 30 year old as young as 22, a 20 year old as young as 17 (in states with Romeo and Juliet laws) without offending middle aged women.

I suggest you go over to r/adhd and see if that sounds like you. You might decide to go to the psychologist and get a formal diagnosis but in my opinion it's not necessary. So maybe this isn't something you can start on RIGHT NOW, but if this is a 20+ year ongoing issue, then a few more months isn't going to hurt. As far as what you should do RIGHT NOW, I'd only have really generic information to give: find a passion, exercise, utilize social media to build a digital social circle, read more books, etc. All the stuff that you've probably heard a million times.

I train ten + times per week (combination of bjj, mma, Muay Thai, and strength training). When I want to cut weight, I still have to cut calories. For me, I have the most success when I eat the same at every meal except my last meal. This way I have energy to train, but still have a deficit.

I spend such a retarded amount of money on practicing martial arts. I get paid for it now but not as much as I spend on it and for most of my life have not been getting paid at all. Gym tuition, equipment, competition fees, supplements, Etc all cost a lot of money. My grocery bills are pretty through the roof as well because I eat healthy food and a lot of it to fuel my training. I was under the impression that it is relatively easy for an older man to impregnate a woman but relatively difficult for an older woman to get pregnant and not have a miscarriage, so men can afford to wait until later (assuming they don't mind marrying a younger woman) but women can't.
