It's stupid to split 50/50 anything. You MUST take into account merit, for me it can be all women for all i care, if it means having a good government. The real equality that has to be achieved is of OPPORTUNITY

sadly that was the right thing to do... you can never know. Until he's proven innocent you can't risk him doing that again, that's a really basic reasoning, and if you picture yourself as the next potential client, you wouldn't want to have that risk... The way they handled it was the best one, because it was right in the middle: suspending all and helping both parties until one comes out guilty.
