2	Old men can get ripped if they really want to Good job man. Back when i was a teen i was working this shitty job, anyway i worked with this guy who was like 65-70 and damn he was a machine. He was ripped he would go to the gym everyday before work, and even when he got to work he didn't slow down, i had trouble keeping up with him, i mean i was 16 at the time so i was kinda lazy at that age.
