This isn't rare, or a service, it's an advertisement designed to find a specific type of person; it has a pretty strong appeal to those who believe they are victims. Why isn't it Good Lawyers Doing Good Things for Good People? Quite honestly, I'd be very hesitant to any person or business that operates exclusively for one gender.

Sounds like that should be addressed in family court, rather than the court of public opinion. Besides, think about why this sub exists, and how you feel people like SRS would respond to a story like this. The tax code is very clear about who is entitled to this credit, and it isn't OP. I think this would backfire.

It just doesn't paint his intended target in a very bad light, they're following their established procedures which I think are pretty reasonable. If anything, it would end up humiliating his ex, and that's a pretty good way to create some unpleasantness.

I don't think your beef is with the IRS. They only go by the tax code, and a state Judge cannot modify Federal tax code. If you're objecting to her claim of the number of days you had him (and it will end up being enough to be able to claim him on your taxes), you should notify the IRS of that.
