| 2 | Have any of you guys seriously considered suicide after your wife left you ?I'm 39, but my aunt is approaching 70, and she had the same issue. But she's had a huge breakthrough in the last few years: she found a much better therapist, she got the courage to change her diet, she changed some hobbies and forged friendships, and now she's 100 times happier than she was for the last 20+ years! And I had a similar thing happen to me after my marital separation. It's possible, for you. Please believe that. | /r/Divorce_Men | 31/01/19 06:15 PM |
| 2 | Have any of you guys seriously considered suicide after your wife left you ?I did consider, but I got help. And, to be honest, from the comments you've left here, it sounds like you're really close to the edge. If therapy is not helping enough, I'd definitely consider medication. Anti-depressants are great! They work. Please try everything, keep fighting. | /r/Divorce_Men | 29/01/19 03:17 PM |
| 2 | Fix your depression firstMy story: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=adNznzEP29Y TL;DR: You have to be willing to change. Then, get a therapist, and be willing to take medicine. Those things led to changes in other areas and have led me to my happiest life ...which has led to women. | /r/TheRedPill | 21/05/18 05:51 PM |
