3	A man, suffering from liver failure, owed $30,000 in back child support. They took most of his paycheck (his children were adults). He couldn't feed himself; his lack of nutrition and illness were killing him. Their response: "We don't care; go ahead and die." Yeah, its more of an issue of what she wants the money for. She obviously doesn't need the money to pay for the child's basic needs, that is covered.
