9	Lady kills a 10 year old boy while texting and driving and the maximum sentence is 90 days in jail and a $300 fine. She also tampered with evidence by deleting the text message. She killed a 10 year old by doing something we have been told as a society 500 billion times is dangerous. This isn't manslaughter at this point.
