There are a few: http://www.nydailynews.com/news/crime/new-trial-man-jailed-28-years-dream-rape-claim-article-1.2469667 http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3363227/New-trial-ordered-Denver-man-imprisoned-28-years.html After reading those, I'm not sure he's actually been released yet.

Ah, I see: you're trolling. Good luck with that.

I know you seem stuck on definitions or maybe you're just trolling here, but let me try this another way. Let add to the race equity/equality analogy. I'll agree that "equity" is staggering the start positions to make sure everybody starts from the same place. "Equality of outcome" would be to say that if we have 2 runners (A and B). We know A can run a 4 minute and B can run a 6 minute mile, so make things fair and because we want everybody to win, we'll let B start running 2 minutes before we …

He can't and unfortunately it's probably better her than foster care.

She's spent 800K of his pension already and now wants the rest in the divorce. She has a little of 600K still invested in bonds in her name which she didn't declare on forms. I'd say that she needs to get a visit from some of his former colleagues but than nobody would be left to take care of his kids. Oh, and the kicker for me: she can afford lawyers (with his money) but he's so broke he can't. This bitch is truly a piece of work.

Would be nice to know what came of this. It isn't "pass denied" if they decided to arrest the guy and give her all the stuff back.

Also true if a 15 year old has sex with another 15 year old.

To them it's about penetration; the few radical lesbians I've met consider it demeaning to penetrate each other.

Oh common, you know that abuse requires power and since men have all the power they therefore cannot be abused.

Yeah, it's pretty much bullshit. Why is it so hard to understand that in India women actually are systematically discriminated against and feminism actually has a purpose? The teacher got mad and probably should of handled it better, but you also sound like a dismissive cocky little asshole so I'm not sure it wasn't justified.

What nickburning8 said. You live in a country where women actually are still brutally oppressed and discrimination runs rampant. I don't think she's crazy, I think she's angry.

And at 11 I am sure she had help coming up with a convincing lie. Whom ever helped her along, including the police and prosecutors, are the ones need to be punished.

She can talk all she wants, I just don't want her advocating for men's rights with her christian fundamentalist crap.

lol two subreddits I avoid like the plague.
/r/MensRights13/11/12 08:44 PM

My take on that is that the christian fundamentalist are trying to coop the MR movement that same way they appropriate themselves the republican party. In my opinion this politicizing of the issue needs to be called out and resisted lest the men's rights discussion itself become impossible to divorce from right wing political ideology in the public forum.
/r/MensRights13/11/12 03:00 PM

I read it just fine. You have absolutely no idea where I fall politically so you shouldn't assume that my point of view is either right or left. Almost every single point you make can be linked to far right Republican ideology. Now you're allowed to have all the political ideology you want but things like feminism and men's rights are topics which span the political spectrum and engaging at this level does a disservice to both movements by polarizing the issues even further by trying to align th…
/r/MensRights13/11/12 02:50 PM

Sure. My problem is that her views have little to do with feminism per say and much more to do with her political alignment and that engaging on some of these topic at that level runs the risk of politicizing men's right and making then a right issue rather then just a men's issue.
/r/MensRights13/11/12 02:43 PM

Her points read like a list of Republican party talking point. Nobody hear should encourage this girl to get involved in MR .

You're argument read like Republican party talking points. You've simply dumped on dogmatic set of beliefs for another without and apparent understanding of the consequences.

It's a sign that she's has control and jealousy issues. I've been in an abusive relationship; it started with her trying to control who I was friends with and ended with her hitting, biting and even once coming at me with a knife when she got mad or didn't get her way. I'm not saying you should end it yet, she may just have insecurity issues that can be dealt with. However be on the lookout for more attempts to control who you interact with, attempts to sever you from long time friends and famil…

I'd be complaining to the flight crew and have her arrested for assault once we landed. She even made the threat in writing. She's clearly disturbed and capable of violence; for his own safety he should of complained to the crew and made sure air marshal's and police got involved.

Wow, talk about a sense of entitlement. I don't even see how the "mistake", if it actually happened, is even indirectly related to racism or sexism except in the mind of a person like her who seems to make everything about race and gender.

More importantly it's important to get more women in the field to get varying points of view and opinions when developing projects, because you don't know who the end user of a system or a program will be so you need to make sure it fits everyone's needs. If you're building software and haven't identified who the end user(s) will be before hand than you're doing it wrong :)

When davidreiss666 pissed off a bunch of people with his biased modding they started making fun of him with his public shared picture and using the information which he himself made public. That was considered doxing by the admins and people were banned for it. child porn is legal until its subjects are proven to be underage wut?
/r/MensRights12/10/12 06:05 AM

Note, it was Adrien Chen of Gawker media who doxxed ViolentAcrez. It was not SRS. And it was reddit admin(s) who provided him with the necessary personal information.

If they can really do that (I doubt it) what harm is it going to do Once they find out who you are, don't assume they are above lying and concocting false allegations to get their way; they are zealots for whom the ends justifies the means.

Well, when it's become a practice to take screenshots of posts before commenting on to make sure the OP doesn't go and change the content to something offensive after everybody has agreed with it then you know something is wrong. SRS really does represent the worst the internet has to offer.

They banned /r/jailbait for illegal activity Nope. While the content of the subreddit may have been distasteful to many, it was not illegal. I do believe some of the participants and/or mods, however, may have been trading illegal content offline on their own which probably helped hasten the subreddit's downfall (well, that and the horrible press it attracted)

You could add some text to it, such as "Does this make sense to you?". The whole point would be to call out the double standard.

Someone should have the balls to find these and post a similar "chicktip" for each one. "chicktip #3: If you have a one night stand, remember not to tell people your got raped"

If you look at the list of subreddits that were shut down, there were some specifically related to boys. This isn't a conspiracy, they probably just weren't aware of any other ones.

If by Funny or Die, so yes "It's [...] clearly a joke". In fact, this is far from the most offensive thing they have done and quite frankly I find it funny. If you can't understand that this is a joke, then you're an idiot and no better then the extreme feminist who want "human" changed to something else because it has the word "man" in it. If people like you turn this place turns into the male version of 2xc, then it'll become little more then a joke ... just like 2xc.

Stupid. And the people here who can't get that it's a joke aren't helping and making us all look like whiny little babies.

This should the the top comment. Insurance rates are based on actuarial tables which are based on accident statistic and other elements of information (the exact algorithms are usually proprietary and kept secret). This isn't discrimination, it's reality.

So you apply different rates of tax on different types of items; things like food that are essentials get a low (or no) tax and luxury items get a higher sales tax.

In an online study by stopstreetharassment.com, 95% of respondents said they had been the victims of leering, honking or whistling and a large proportion have been groped or grabbed in public. This is all I need to know about how ridiculous and biased this organization is.

Do you have a reference? I would of thought that whatever would be used would actually lower testosterone production making it much less attractive to men.

If they left your annoying rant why would they delete your information? Are you sure it didn't just get downvoted into oblivion? Try this: post what information you have and take a screen cap. If it gets deleted then post the image as proof that the mods are censoring you.

I would also add that the police and district attorneys who failed in their investigation deserve to be reprimanded and the witnesses who testified to seeing the person commit the crime deserve to be investigated for perjury.
