1	Beautiful Barista I work at Derpbucks. Recognize that we baristas need to get through the line. HOWEVER, we are also encouraged to make connections with customers! Corporate sees the personal connections as vital to getting people to feel comfortable at our stores. I know most of my regulars names, drinks, occupations, and pet peeves. An extra 30 seconds of dialogue will be welcome. AS SUCH, talking is (from our perspective) acceptable, encouraged, and positive, as long as it has an end in sight.
