You keep saying this but not talking about what that actually means. If you become better women will notice. Get in better shape, become interesting by reading and learning the world and how it works etc, women will be drawn to that. Simply saying women will chase you is useless.

You just created a 9 point checklist to approach women. Not knocking you but you really only need one. That point is stop approaching women like you are a stranger. If you approach a woman like a stranger, she will treat you like one. In my single days, I never approached woman with "Hi" or "Hey" etc. Someone is doing weird/funny dancing on the dance floor and she's laughing? There's my entrance. I'm approaching her talking about that guy/girl dancing and I go from there. I would introduce mysel…

You serious? You should aim to dress nice, smell nice, and look nice in your own skin. Axe is cool if you are running to the grocery store but don't put on axe with a nice outfit

Don't listen to these guys. You are too fucking young to need any supplements other than maybe whey protein. Your body can be a machine on its own at your age, you just have to put in the hard work. Lift medium to heavy, do sprints and love life. Your body will never be able to bounce back like it can right now.

Start talking to women in general. Most guys get nervous because they rarely talk to women. Talk to the lady cashier etc. Nothing sexual, just general conversation. You will start to get comfortable around women. Takes time but it works.

I'm 6'4 255 and look like a not quite there yet but almost the Rock body type. Above average to good face. I'd say 23 on Patrice's scale. While many hot women may not have time for Reddit, most men seek knowledge, even the higher SMV ones.

To be fair, bodyweight fitness can get you the body you want but you have to bust your ass. Herschel Walker rarely lifted weights, he did push-ups and sit-ups daily. Go look at good physique back then, hell go look at it right now.

If you read the OP, he calls out different races and minorities and their struggles but doesn't include the struggles of the group he belongs to. Self-reflection is most important IMO.

Whites use more welfare benefits than any other race combined. I also noticed you left out the huge opiate epidemic. Everybody has their shit to deal with whether you break it down by race or not.

Do you really think they'd choose black men? This isn't being braggadocios but black men are the most wanted to be fucked man in the world but it's simply taboo. Yes, today's society is more accepting but Becky that goes to a country club knows she could be shunned if she takes up with a black guy. You think she doesn't want to?

It doesn't bother me if a woman wants to stay made up but the gym dolls are the ones I can't understand. Fresh new coat of makeup to workout. I just don't get it. You are there to sweat and not look your best.

You have growing to do. It's not about fear. I always try to avoid unnecessary problems in my life. You live and you learn. Sometimes you learn from personal experience, sometimes you learn from others experiences. I have learned that it's not worth it. I'm sure you will learn the same one day.

Ignore the other guy. You want to know how to get over that anxiety? Talk to woman but but in a normal way. You see a funny situation, come over and comment, get a laugh and walk away. No pressure there. Eventually, you'll get used to being in the presence of women and approaching them won't feel so weird. You have high anxiety because you're afraid of rejection. You'll have to get over that at some point but for now, aim just to have a quick conversion and walk away. No rejection to worry about…

IMO oneitis comes from a lack of options. Just talk to women even if they are a notch below your standard. Once you have options, you will never look at one woman the same. Of course, this applies only when you are single.

Patrice O'Neal explained this in great detail. You must be willing to take an 'L'. In other words, you must be willing to let the girl walk away if she isn't willing to do what it takes for you to be happy in your relationship/whatever. Of course, I'm not talking about small things you differ about but cornerstone attributes you expect(that are reasonable of course) from a woman you are seeing. The reasoning is you will be happier alone searching for a woman who possesses the things you feel are…

When did being an alpha mean being an asshole? If you have a friend addicted to drugs, do you approach him like "look at you you fucking junkie!" or do you approach him like "We'll get you through this." Sometimes, feelings shouldn't be spared but calling her a fat ass just cause is some bull shit especially if she has been nothing but nice to him.

I get so tired of this advice. You may want your lineage to end but as a man, your primal nature is to lay and reproduce. I personally want to grow old and watch my grandkids play. While we age much better than women, we still age. Yes, you can get it reversed but it's not one hundred percent. Leave your testicles alone and wrap it up.

I have played both sides and now that I'm built like a linebacker vs the dlineman I played in college, woman flirt and make themselves available to me even though I don't take advantage. On the flipside, I have a friend that at 320 6'4 that would get play but he had to work a hell of a lot harder. You are right, when you look good, you just don't have to screw up and it doesn't take much convincing.

That's the thing, you aren't pushing the limit. You are creating an unnatural new limit. If you are willing to juice, you can't frown upon someone who gets ass injections etc.

Steroids are not natural. If I can't get the body I want from natural means then I'm not supposed to have it. Steroids is the easy way out no matter how you look at it. I'm not saying juicing means you don't hit the gym hard but you will get three times the results of someone not juicing. Just in case you are wondering, I am a former D1 athlete who has friends who juiced and I know what I'm talking about.

You speak the truth about some things but the part about black women getting gangs to fight to you if you don't choose them is horse shit. I grew up in little rock Arkansas during the pinnacle of gang activity. There is a hbo special about it if you're curious. I've never heard or seen any black woman doing anything close to that.

Former D1 athlete and avid weight lifter here. Everything you said is correct. You are leaving out something very important. Strength training is not a taxing workout from a stand point of burning calories. Sure, a heavy squat or bench will cause you to lose your breath but you are resting for five minutes. Now, look at the guy doing 10 reps every 45-60 seconds. He is probably breaking a sweat and his heart rate is consistently elevated. If you are doing a strength training program with little c…

No man that has been in the world with this dating game for any extended amount of time is expecting to find a woman with less than 10 partners. Sure, maybe at 21 or 22 but who looks for a LTR at that age. The woman you want that has less than ten partners is probably not a bombshell. I find it funny how men say they don't like when women have too many standards but they do the same. How does this sound to you? How old are you? 10 is not a high count. The big mistake I see in this thread is thinking that slut/hoe is a number. It's a mentality. A women sleeps with one guy but meets John Mayer and blows him in a stall in the bathroom. That women would have slept with two men but the number doesn't tell the story. Build from the ground up. This is true up to a certain age. Once a kid hits around 16 and he/she has money in their pocket, they can buy and eat what they want.

I tell my wife all the time, "Attraction and love are two different things." I am in very good shape but my wife had a moment where she let herself go. She slowly realized that while she could tell I loved her, I wasn't as attracted to her. Lucky for me, she realized it was on her to get back in shape rather than for me to be attracted to her no matter what she looked like.

Yes, can confirm. I am a black man as well and I can concur. It's basically because IME, black women don't workout as a whole. I come from a big big family(grandmother had 70+ grand kids and great grand kids) and very few of my female relatives are not overweight. I contribute it partially to diet but you can't go to work and sit down and then go home and sit down and expect to be a normal size.

I dunno. If you are asking those questions, you are essentially doing what women do. After I turned 23, I stop having all those requirements and just went with it and noted things I either found out or viewed with my own eyes. You meet a chick, she is cool and you get along and you actually enjoy her company. After eight months of dating(not serious but not actively pursuing others) you find out she has slept with 25 guys, do you instantly hate her and forget about all the reasons you enjoy her …

This is true. I'm 6'4 260 and around 15% bf. I'm not single but I play wing man/deflector to my single friends when we I go out. I am most definitely intimidating. I look like an NFL linebacker and women do this all the time. They come up beside me and do everything but say hi. With that being said, slaying these women would not be an issue.

Developing feelings is a natural thing. The only way women and men can truly be friends is when their isn't any attraction on either end. That's not usually the case. It's usually one party waiting for the right time to tell the other party how they truly feel.

I'd leave out the "fuck" but YEP. All women know what those terms mean. If you asking a woman out on a date, you are courting her. I think there are some women out there that are worthy of courtship but most......................NAH.

I don't always think balls has anything to do with it. Some are just ignorant to the fact of the friend-zone even when they are in it. I was one of those guys. I was friend-zoned once. I was a freshman in college and even though I played football for a major university, I was overweight and lacking confidence. I friend-zoned a girl who I watched sleep with other guys around me but not me. It didn't take long for me to wise up. That exact reason is why I think every man should pontificate over th…

Not sure what red means but yes, I agree. I learned a few years ago that you can't look to someone else for your happiness. Of course, that doesn't mean someone can't make you happy but that should bonus. I hate quoting Patrice O'Neal all the time but damn, he had it figured out. Never love or give someone 100% all of you. 90% is max so you have enough in the tank to walk away.

A woman, especially a gorgeous one, will be tempted everyday. She could work in a woman's shelter but she still has to get groceries, she works out probably(gym),etc. You can't try to shelter a woman from other men. All you can do is go about life and keep your head on a swivel just like this man did. He noticed something and he investigated. Remember, the late great Patrice O'Neal said this, "Trust is simply routine." Your woman starts doing things out of her character, pay attention.

I ask that you get out of your hive mindset. If you believe everything about the red pill is correct, you can not be a man that stands on your own. I agree with a lot of it but not all of it is virtuous. With that being said, what constitutes a slut? Will you only wife up a woman that has been with under 10 men in her lifetime? Here is the disconnect that I find in the Red Pill. Most men that have their shit together won't wait for 6+ months for a woman to put out. The women you want(low number …

The great conundrum of this sub. Patrice was red pill to the core and wifed a promiscuous women. I've always thought a whore was a mindset and not defined by a number. No guy that can get women looks for a girlfriend. If your not looking for a girlfriend, you're must likely trying to sleep with women. There isn't anything wrong with analyzing every aspect in your life. That sir is how you get better at life. I often times find myself saying "Yes, this works but is there a better way?" Another thing, 90% of the things men do are for women. I seek knowledge at every turn. That has nothing to do with women but when I dress sharp on a regular day, I do it so I look sharp and to be attractive to the opposite sex. I agree with some things you said. Yes, some self improvement is to keep and enhance SMV. I workout to increase my life span. I like being able to go to the gym and dunk a basketball vertically. I don't do that for women, I do that for myself. When you look in the mirror when you are clean shaven with a really nice outfit, do you say, "I look good." or do you say "Women are going to think I'm hot in this."?

Exactly. I don't condemn guys for sleeping with taken women but I offered my advice to tread carefully in the GLO thread. I have seen cases with my own eyes of guys being killed/put in a hospital over a gf/wife. There are so many fish in the sea to risk sleeping with a woman that could possibly(not likely but still) get you killed. That's not bro-knighting, that's simply stating personal experiences of what can go wrong.

I never messed around with taken women even in my younger days. I grew up in the rough area of Little Rock, Arkansas. I've seen many situations where guys kill for their girlfriends/wives. Heck, I know a guy(not friends but know him) that says all the time "I'll kill for mine." Just because a guy is a beta does not mean he won't bust your head wide open for messing with his women.

Patrice O'Neal commented on this but in reverse. One thing you are missing is if that husband is treating her right,(sex still on point, still taking care himself, dressing nice etc) she will be obliged to wash his skidmarks(grown men still do this?). If a married woman is willing to cheat, she was going to cheat anyway, things are bad at home, she doesn't respect/like her husband. Never expect a woman to do what you wouldn't do yourself.

I'm not trying to tell you what to do in life. I'm simply saying that a woman's actions/lifestlye should give you red flags about whether or not she is capable of a healthy relationship. Here is a scenario I'm thinking of. You meet a woman who is attractive and you go out on several dates. You enjoy here company and you are slowly getting to know her. Squatting beyond parallel is not required. Before I get down voted to hell I'm no average weight lifter. I played college football in the SEC and I personally know professional bodybuilders. If you have a set of healthy Knees and you didn't play sports your whole life, go beyond parallel but if you've put hell on your knees like I have then parallel is enough.

Fair enough but not every girl that was somewhat promiscuous will be a cheating whore. Best friend got cheated on by a woman who's virginity he took. You never know with women. Everyone has there preference and I'm not knocking you for that but if a women has every quality you want and her count is a bit high, maybe you should give it a shot. Is 30 really that many? I say that because if a woman starts having sex at 16 and has sex with three guys a year. That's 30 by 26. If a woman is sexy, men are going to try to lay her, handsome men at that. Every situation has a circumstance. You show me a women with a smv of 8 or higher that has slept with less than five guys by 25, I'll show you a woman with mental issues or one with strong religion beliefs.

This is just wrong to me. I've had beautiful women and average women. The woman that shares my bed is a woman I can stand to be around for long periods of time. If a woman looks good enough to continually sleep with, she should look good enough for a LTR. If your basing LTR material off the way a woman looks, you're in for a world of hurt.

I love this forum but let's not take everything to an extreme. Any person that has had aggressive sex or used college provided condoms has had one break. If your gf/whatever isn't on the pill, a baby is possible. Does it now make the woman low class and the guy free of any shame/responsiblity etc?
