Sounds good. I would just suggest not leaving a job until you have another.

Fix your diet. Follow a beginners program. Get plenty of sleep.

Hit the doctor and see what he says. There isn’t a lot of treatment options. Rogaine and multiple steroid shots in the area of loss. At least that was what there was when I got diagnosed.

Shave that shit and move on. Bald is sexy now, as long as you have the body to match it. Women love to rub a freshly shaved head. I’ve had several women grab me at the bar and lick my head like it was cool or something. I developed alopecia at about 25. Shaved it and never looked back. Edit- Also get a tan so you don’t look like a cancer patient.

Yeah, get a really good lawyer and shoot for a pretrial diversion. You’ll pay fine, drug and alcohol classes, and community service. Once you finish all of it, you will be deemed to have been found not guilty. Your clean record etc will help. UBER!!!

I grew up in Atlanta. Thick is truly a thing down here. I’m also guessing that the lockdown has increased the BMI of almost everyone this summer.

If you done, man up and do it right. But, always remember, it’s cheaper to keep her.

Eat at maintenance at least. A slight surplus would be best.

Are those numbers lbs or kg? If their lbs I wouldn’t worry about cutting and just get stronger. The muscle will come.

Yield is actually closer to 1.88% I believe. The distribution frequency you were opining about is just that. A distribution of dividend by the underlying companies in the index.

S&p dividend yield is about 2% give or take. For easy math let’s say it’s that. On a million dollar portfolio that 20k, or 5k quarterly. It won’t make a huge difference when you’re talking about a 50k total portfolio. Even with dollar cost averaging 4x a year instead of 1.

Realistically, it wouldn’t make a huge impact unless you have an immense amount of money.

Yeah, at best.

Yeah, but then they have to actually allocate outside the G fund and that rarely happens. More of the CERS group need to use it also. FERS don’t have the same pension, but think their all set because they have one.

Go to a CFP/CFA and pay them for an actual financial plan. Use one that charges hourly or by the plan. Not one that wants to manage your 50k. Follow the directions in the plan.

Vanguard isn’t the end all of cheapest index funds anymore. Fidelity actually offer their “zero” line. No fund fees, trade fees, or account fees.

How high are you right now?

Yeah, as a person who is completely new to lifting he just needs an LP program and time under a bar. The cardio on a bike is good. Running is killer on the knees.

There are several beginner routines you can find for free on reddit. Start with a beginner linear progression program. Start light and move the weights up each workout. Most beginner programs call for a 3 day week. You can also add in some cardio and abs work. The biggest thing is to not over do it. What you have right now is simply DOMS. Overdoing a workout can cause the pain to last for 3 days killing your consistency and consistency is key. Also remember to stick to a good diet. You can’t out…

Dude. Eat like it’s your job. You’ll put on size soon enough.

Your only six months in. Newbie gains are a thing. Eat like it’s your job. After a year or so you can only expect to put on about 2 lbs of lean muscle a month at most. Biologically speaking anyway. Keep at it. No need for a cycle.

If you want to get bigger, lift heavy 3 or 4 times a week. Do a full body workout with plenty of volume. That way your hitting all muscles 3 or more time a week. Also, muscles aren’t built in the gym. Recovery and diet are more important than gym time.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
