I've genuinely lost all interest in dating/marrying/casual sex etc. It's just not worth the effort in today's world post-feminism. You can lift and very much should, for health-sake, but trying to pose as alpha is just not worth the effort. It's extremely difficult to attract a woman, even more difficult to keep her attracted and divorce courts punish you really hard for failing to keep her attracted. Anyone with common sense can see this is a purely lose-lose battle. The only reason one would w…

Actually I think for starting a no-fap streak, it's a good idea to end your fap-streak by gradually switching to no-porn fap for the last few times. Your brain gets the impression that masturbation is not so enjoyable any more.

Good luck my dude. I haven't had any pets so far but living in India I've befriended several dogs from the streets and every time I hear any of them get hurt in a road accident I always end up leaving anytime I'm doing and running at full speed in panic mode towards the source of their cries. Although none of the adults have died so far I can imagine how I devastated I'd be if one of them indeed died. I've only lost three puppies to death and I wasn't very attached to them but it still hurts eve…

>don't commit crimes Except the definition of what's a crime has now become absurd in many countries. In most European countries you don't have freedom of speech, a man in the UK was arrested for teaching his dog how to h31l H1tl3r, and rape victims of Muslims there are now starting to get classed as racists. Let alone tracking down the Rochdale and Rotherham grooming gangs, they'd rather train victims of Muslim knife stabbings and Muslim terrorist attackers to not be 'racist'/'Islamophobic' tha…

Look up the Thermo diet by Christopher Walker (there's a f*ceb00k group on it-thermo diet community group). It was designed purely for maximizing androgen receptor density, production of testosterone levels and DHT levels (everything masculine) and minimizing estrogen, prolactin and cortisol (everything feminine). To give you a gist of what the diet is like, we avoid PUFA's (polyunsaturated fatty acids) that reduce testosterone, and only consume saturated fats and monounsaturated fats which incr…

A lot of men are gangraped in prison and nobody seems to care about them. When women demand unrealistic amounts of alimony and child support and send their exes to prison for not being able to keep up, do you really think they're not wishing gangrape on them? I didn't even do anything towards that direction, just wished.

Good! Narcissistic control freaks like her deserve some good prison time. I can only hope they have gangrapes in prison like they do in male prisons. Seeing how lesbian relationships have more instances of domestic violence than gay and straight relationships, I have an inkling my hope might just be true.

Boy did you dodge a bullet. By the way, NEVER date a chick on psych meds. I'm going to get a lot of heat on here for saying this, but Big Pharma's pills especially in psychiatry are 99% scam just to make money-including SSRI's, SNRI's and other anti-anxiety meds. The whole serotonin-makes-people-happy theory falls apart once you closely examine the research and it's more like serotonin induces learned helplessness/victimhood. It's one of the reasons why feminism is flourishing so much. The idea …

Situation 1: You actually creeped some girls out. Not a big deal. Women get creeped out just by the existence of men that aren't in the top 20%. But if they're actively defaming you and pitting your best friend against you, they're best stayed away from. They're talking shit about you behind your back which is itself a red flag. If someone makes you uncomfortable you ought to face that person and tell it to their face. Also what kind of a shitty 'best friend' takes the side of a hoe against a br…

I think there has to be a balance between what you have to do and what you want to do. If your life is only filled with what you have to do, and with nothing that you want to do, what's the point of doing all that you have to do anyway? In fact, what's the point of living life at all? Also, bro, I hope you stay safe. Make sure you take enough zinc everyday (15 mg to 40 mg) in picolinate or gluconate form. Adam Lyons suggested quite a workaround to this issue-instead of visiting a normal club/bar, visit a gay bar, with your own social circle, consisting of the girl(s) you wanna seduce. Yeah that means you would have to do the picking up earlier somewhere-like in the day as you suggested. But take her/them to the gay bar. Looks (other than skin color) only define very little of your SMV. Your height and your skin color are deciding factors in your SMV as far as the unchangeable part of your SMV is concerned. And then there's your chest width, how much of muscle you are, your body language and all that usual alpha stuff.

Indian here checking out. Our country was, once upon a time, just as free a nation as the West is today for women. They were given education and chose their husbands from tens of suitors. again, like I said, there are a lot of pain killing hormones being secreted naturally in a woman's body while she is giving birth. That's why that nurse's kidney stones might have been more painful than birth. Giving birth to babies is a colossal job in itself. There was a research paper saying rejection lights up the same areas in the brain as physical pain, meaning to your nervous system, rejection = physical pain. It is well known that men have a much higher tolerance for pain than women do, only excepting the times when she is about to give birth to a baby, which is when a lot of pain killing hormones are being naturally secreted in her body. Indians are perceived either as needy rapists (gang rapes in India etc.) Gotta love how the feminists frame India as one of the biggest rape capitals in the world ("One rape is happening every half an hour"). South Asian and Oriental males are trained to be beta cucks-circus animals to kept on the leash-right from the moment they are born- and in several ways. One of the biggest ways is the language itself that they're taught. I'm indeed 'lifting' in the sense that I can and actually lift small weights as long as it doesn't strain my back. Like I said, straining my back only worsens my back. Back pain problems aren't the same for everybody. Yours might be the kind that isn't completely correlated with how much you strain your back, but mine is, unfortunately. The high IQ is only a characteristic of Orientals, not Indians. India has an average IQ of 83. I empathize with you completely. The fact that the Middle East consists of nations with average national IQ's below 85 in almost every case goes to show how Europe has invited a borderline mentally retarded population into its territories. It's not a good idea to define such a dichotomy of one girl being a 'mental slut' and the other as otherwise. I would hypothesize it to be more along a spectrum, with most women somewhere in the middle, just like any large scale distribution of traits in humans. Whether or not she cheats also has several other factors involved. For example, one of the factors could be the number of times she comes across extremely high status alpha males (I'm talking about the top 1%), whom women cannot absolute…

That is the truth, that you CAN make yourself happy by making others happy. What people DON'T tell you is that you need to be self-loving and self-respecting in order to be happy. That is a necessary condition. You cannot make anyone else happy either unless you're self-loving and self-respecting. You'll only come off as a pathetic beta-bux if you…

Women will always get angry whenever they've been seduced past a good threshold point and they're being ignored or they can't immediately get down and dirty with the guy seducing them. They feel entitled to get the guy because oh well, they've been seduced. I'm 100% sure OP's ex was also easily seduced by his not giving a fuck, and she thus felt entitled to have him and thus punched him when she saw how unavailable he was to her. If this had been with genders reversed, just fancy the situation. …

I thought the plummeting average IQ was more because of social media? I don't think the welfare state has done any harm to the average IQ. If anything it has only increased the average IQ. Look at my country, India, for example. The average IQ of Indians is just 82. However, the average IQ of American Indians is more than 112. Such a large difference cannot be accounted for by just the selection process (since there are enormous standards an Indian must fulfill before he is allowed a work/studen…

From what I've inferred, you have to continue playing hard-to-get after you've started talking to her, rather than not talking to her at all. A perfect analogy for this in terms of penises would be you shouldn't suppress your boner (aka shouldn't avoid talking to the woman). You should have a raging boner (aka talking to her and seducing her full-on) but be able to hold it there without being affected by it (aka continue to play hard-to-get) because you're so used to being hard and getting sex (…

Jaya Saxena sounds like an Indian name. And she turned out to be a mentally ill feminist (my bad for using redundant words). Why am I not surprised??

The idea of a 5'5 guy asking a girl to dance at a club makes my soul cringe. The hint: Look at his username

I sleep approximately 6:30-7 hours in the night and an hour as nap in the afternoon. Some people always advised me to get all of my sleep in the night but never suited me, always became too exhausted towards the afternoon, especially after lunch.

I've been trying those exercises as part of yoga I do specifically for my lower back pain. I also looked at the videos you linked, the second part of which I found to be useful in my context. Thanks for this one especially, I gotta try them.

if you're especially against shitting where you eat I took that literally for some time and thought it was a reference to my being Indian and lol-ed quite hard. But seriously though, you have a good point. Giving every girl I meet the tingles isn't a good idea, putting a few in platonic friendships could boost my pre-selection and give me new acquaintances too. MMA is risky business, can't argue with that but I do believe I have a good bone density. However, I'm 5'6" which puts me at a great dis…

I'm watching that video as I type. My problem, to my reckoning, started out when in PE the instructor told us to do as many sit ups in a fixed amount of time as possible for the exam. So I, being the reckless show-off I was in hs, did it as fast and hard as possible-just sitting up as quick as possible and then going down as hard as possible. The going-down part was where I fucked myself up, as I literally hit the ground (it was hard ground we were doing this on) faster than free fall would have…

I'll look into swimming. I had also been suffering from gynecomastia (aka man-boobs) which made it really a bad idea for me to go swimming pools. Once again no amount of exercise could correct it (especially since lifting is out of question). However, I've gotten them surgically removed recently and am considering joining it now as soon as the scars from the surgery heal up.

OP, I'd also like to remind you about the fact that women are attracted to men other than their partners during the most fertile phases of their menstrual cycles. Which essentially means monogamous relationships were built to fail. I am almost sure that the arguments you are mentioning are happening/starting during those phases. Like others have mentioned, you have to keep using Dread Game to neutralize this effect. Always. No matter how much time you've spent with her. The moment you ease out i…

my bad, I should have added that I have already visited the doctor for this problem. I have added the edit in the original post.

another point-if you're REALLY that much concerned about receding hairline, then can't you just shave your head completely and then get a full head wig? I mean I don't think it would even be 10% of the money OP has spent on all of the stuff he's done for his hairline. I'm 21 and have receding hairline but right now I'm in college in monk mode, so never really gave that much of a damn about it. Always thought that if ever shit hits the fan then I just gotta use a full head wig after shaving my he…

Admitting life is meaningless is a truth we all face and if you don't face it yet, you're delusional. OP, I want to add one point here. May be it's just my opinion, but life is all about finding happiness. Being the happiest version of yourself you can be, right? And what I've discovered is knowing the truth may not necessarily be optimal for happiness. Sometimes we really need to be 'delusional' and live life believing a fact that is false, or somehow just ignoring it. Imagine if a soldier in a…
