Some schools have a "No Touch" policy where a teacher can get suspended or fired if he/she touches a student regardless of the reason (unless a deadly weapon is involved). 1	Lady kills man in fit of road rage, expected a slap on the wrist... Why is her defense attorney evil for doing his/her job? Defense attorneys are required to do everything they can within the law to get an acquittal or as light a sentence as possible. A defense attorney doing everything to get an acquittal is required to find someone ‘guilty beyond reasonable doubt’.
